We are in a small hamlet, secluded & quiet, typical & full of charm ^^ (pedestrian streets in front of the apartment) Cozy apartment, equipped kitchen, pretty bathroom, cozy living room and wooden terrace. _WIFI_ 1 double bed on the mezzanine and 1 sofa bed, very good mattress for 2 people, in the living room. Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Maison Vallouise

In Vallouise in the heart of the Écrins range, close to all outdoor activities: hiking, climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. As the house is new, you will have a sitting area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a mountain area with a bunk bed, a bathroom with walk-in as well as a reading area. Terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains. Parking is easily accessible even in winter.

Under the rooftops

The "Gîte de la Lauzette" overlooks the valley. You will have a splendid view of the Durance Valley towards Guillestre and Risoul, whose lights can be seen at night. The apartment is a triplex located in the attic, it is composed of a living room-kitchen, a large room, a large classic bedroom, and two sleeping areas which are actually side-by-side rooms equipped with mattresses. The apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
