It was a great stay! Spent part of our honeymoon here and had a great time. Would definitely come back.

Stayed here for a week with my sister. Was a great place to stay, super convenient for public transport to travel to and from the airport, Queenstown and Arrowtown. We found the place had all the amenities we needed and more, we highly recommend and would stay here again!

Better than what we could have imagined! No.8 Queenstown will forever hold some out happiest memories. We stayed here for 4 nights for our 10 year anniversary and the place was immaculately presented, smelt so fresh & clean & it was somehow even better than the photos! The views from the living area and bath are breathtaking. Karine is so pleasant, incredibly helpful & generous in the additional amenities that she provided & it was truly hard to leave. I cannot wait til we can come back again. Thank you for making our Queenstown stay the absolute best!

Perfect home base for exploring Queenstown. Walking distance to the Onsen Pools and great food options. Porch has great views of the Shot Over River and the surrounding area. Super spacious and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is fantastic, not only for the view but for easy access to the airport and public transport to Queenstown, the local shopping centre and for your pickups. Would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay!!

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Leo and Kay were very responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication super easy. The location was ideal—close to everything. We needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The little touches, like fresh towels, coffee, and thoughtful local recommendations, really made the stay feel special. Emma’s place was incredible! The space was perfect for my friend and my girls trip, super clean and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. It was close to everywhere we travelled during our stay and the view was out of this world. Emma was always responsive, and we had a super easy check-in and out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all!

Always a fabulous view, bed was very very comfortable, great shower, lovely bathroom. So good to have all the extra amenities. Everything you could need was handy in Frankton and so close to airport and main highway in both directions. Easy to get to Queenstown. Was also great to have undercover parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Nice modern upstairs stay with incredible views. Katerina also allowed a late check out which we appreciated. We also stayed in Queenstown and this spot was very accessible to get to the airport and also had great playgrounds and a nice cafe/restaurant nearby

Situated at the top of the hill, this place has a nice view right from the living room space. Comfortable and clean space for 2 with fully equipped kitchen. Toilet sink is a little small to wash up with a mirror cabinet. Nice and friendly host.

Stayed here with my husband for a getaway and this place was incredible. One of the best Airbnb’s we have both visited throughout New Zealand. Spa pool was a bonus, and the views were beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

The place was amazing its insane, beyond expectations. Everything was top-quality and well-provided for. You could clearly feel the owner's effort to make us feel comfortable. The view was a spectacular bonus. The interior was top-notch. I'd definitely stay here again if I were to return to Queenstown.

My partner and I spent a few days here for our first trip to Queenstown and it was absolutely perfect, we loved our stay! The apartment itself is tidy and cosy and the view of the lake is beautiful and even better than the photos 😍 Kirsty was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed as well as providing some great local recommendations including a scenic walk into town, which we loved doing every day. We would stay here again and 100% recommend!

This apartment is the best among four ones we are living in South Island. New, quiet, clean and very nice host. I appreciate the complimentary wine, chocolate and thoughtful cooking ingredients.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect — you can enjoy a lovely walk through the park on your way to the town center. The place itself is amazing — not only did it have all the amenities we needed, but it also offered so much more than what we expected. We stayed at the start of winter, and we were especially thankful for the efficient heating, which kept us cozy throughout our visit. It was such a relief that there is a garage, so we did not have to park outside in the cold. But hands down, the best part was the view — even better than what the listing photos showed! It was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay feel extra special. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here, and overall, everything was just perfect. The only small challenge was carrying our luggage up and down the stairs, as there’s no lift. But we were already aware of this before booking, and honestly, everything else made up for it — so it wasn’t a big deal at all 😁

Couldn’t have asked for better! Location and view is absolutely amazing. Just close enough to walk into town but far enough away that you can get out of Queenstown easily. The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed for a long stay and was so cosy. Loved the loft style and the fireplace!

This truly beautiful property felt like magic. From the charming decor to the stunning view of the lake, there was something wonderful in every corner. We were comfortable, warm and cosy right throughout our stay, which felt like the perfect base while we explored Queenstown and beyond.

Great place to stay. Nice views and a well equipped kitchen. Some of the pictures were more flattering/spacious than the actual space. Overall was a great stay. The spa pool was a great addition and fit 4 adults.

Susie and her family were fantastic hosts. From the moment we were welcomed by Susie and her offsider Rosie, it was clear we picked the perfect place to base ourselves. The space was open and private and provided our family of four with all that was needed. Communicating with Susie was a breeze and if we needed anything a swift reply was always there. Wow, what an incredible place. Great location and beautiful little homestay. Very modern furnishings and elegantly decorated. Laura was a willing and helpful host, I recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful little queenstown getaway, check this place out. 5 minutes from the town centre made staying here a great choice, and fernhill felt like you were out of town. Private, quiet and the views absolutely breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again if I wasn't interested in trying different things. I couldn't have asked for anymore !
