Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Franklin County

We stayed in Monteagle for a family reunion and rented this house for our individual family. It was a perfect retreat. At the end of the day, we really enjoyed having a jacuzzi to relax away the day! The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the French press and coffee bean grinder, being a coffee loving crew! Would definitely recommend staying at this lovely home.

Everything was wonderful! Place was very conveniently located. Lots of places to eat and stores around. The only thing that we were not made aware of was that both bathrooms were downstairs. Wasn’t the end of the world but not the most convenient. Other than that stay was great!

Our stay here was perfect. The house was great for a group of friends to stay while seeing a show at The Caverns. The host was responsive and very helpful.

If you were hoping to get a taste of rural Tennessee, this cottage would be a great place to start. The property was the perfect size for a weekend retreat. Cozy and comfortable. Not to mention, watching the sunrise over the farm is a nice touch.

VERY Nice house, with a flat lot on Tims Ford Lake, no stairs to the water! The house was very upscale and won't disappoint you compared to the photos. Very nice beds, tv's in all bedrooms, big spaces for a small home. Back porch, hot tub, and privacy all stood out as fantastic. The house is a few streets away from downtown Winchester which has a theater, restaurants, coffee shops, all you need! I would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely cabin in a beautiful setting … you are surrounded by nature. Despite it being fairly remote, it’s easy to find and navigate. The space inside is roomy and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. My kids liked the hot tub out on the deck! Mostly we liked the close proximity to Wiseman park and the Jack, Daniels barbecue competition (10 minutes). The hosts were attentive and helpful.l and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions.

My family and I enjoyed our brief stay in the Tree Loft - what a magical woodsy adventure. We enjoyed the fire pit, and the clean and rustic, yet comfortable qualities to this cozy A-frame. The record player was a nice touch, and had a classic selection. Our daughter loved having her own loft area to hang in. Our advice is to not follow GPS (unless you enjoy off roading). The host provides better directions once you book ;)

My wife and I stayed for an anniversary get away. The house and the surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed a peaceful evening on the deck. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again

The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The small details made the difference compared to other properties. For example, the towels were thick and soft. The kitchen had measuring cups. The re were small battery powered lanterns that were great at night. The path to the fire pit was lined with solar powered lights. All the small details matched the description of luxurious. We loved watching the wind on the water, turtles sunning themselves, jumping fish, frog songs and blue heron tiptoeing through the water.

This was exactly what we were looking for-a clean, comfortable place with a beautiful view and mountain feel on our way to Savannah to visit family. The weather was perfect for one of the days, and the other day it was rainy and foggy, but we spent that day going to Ruby Falls. It cleared up in the afternoon. We spent evenings around the fire pit in which wood was provided and we brought our own outdoor chairs that were more comfortable than the benches provided. We also grilled out using the grill on the property, and there were plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans etc. Everything was just as pictured. All in all, a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Fred, our host.

Loved this place I definitely recommend! It was private but also had other homes nearby so you weren’t completely alone in the woods haha. They recommended amazing hiking spots that my husband and I went to see and it was so fun. We’re from Illinois so it’s mostly corn fields so hiking through mountains and seeing the waterfalls was just an amazing experience. Overall this home was lovely and our hosts were friendly/great people. Must see.

This is our second visit to Austin home once again a great place to stay lots of things to do at this home, from the golf cart to the kayaks ping pong pool table and volleyball if you’re bored your not doing it right! With a great way to relax in the hot tub!
