Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Franklin County

Our stay at Julie’s place was so good. All our family was there except one granddaughter. We had a great time on the water in spite of some rain. We rented a pontoon for Saturday and it was a hit for everyone. The house is well stocked and very spacious. It was helpful to have access to 2 kitchens. But just know there is nothing in the way of dishes or utensils downstairs. The game area was awesome and enjoyable for everyone. The downstairs bathroom needs a new shower because even though it’s clean it looks dirty. We had an issue with the AC when we got there and Julie jumped right on it and had someone there that night. (Even though she was in Italy!). We also found that the downstairs patio area had not been cleaned in a while and cushions were very dirty. We had to clean the two porches floors and cushions but I think no one had used the house for a while. Again she got someone there the next morning who power washed the patio and cushions outside. Julie is a great host.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I absolutely would. This home was absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!! The night sky was stunning!! I booked this house to hold off my bridesmaids the night before my wedding. We all got around and told stories about how each one knew me and why I love them. We sat at the table and made our bouquets it was so much fun!! The host has been absolute fantastic!! She helped me find my girls glasses and ones of their fiancé’s rings. She has been absolute amazing during this whole trip. I would always recommend staying with her!!

This home was fantastic. We really appreciated the baby gear including safety gates, and the air hockey and football tables downstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook for our crew of 7

We loved our stay! Beautiful, peaceful, and homey. Not too far out of the way. We loved the nice pool table and sitting at the dock. Sara was a great host and always quick to respond!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! We loved the peaceful environment, the kayaks, and just the overall atmosphere of the home. It was the perfect place for us to just enjoy being in nature. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great for cooking meals together, and there were many small thoughtful touches. We highly recommend this home!

I felt like a welcomed guest from the minute I walked in. The home was spotless and smelled so clean and fresh. I have rented in Tennessee for the last 15 summers and have never rented a place that had so many extras (smores-popcorn- coffee pods-toiletries-kitchen supplies-etc. .Phil checked in to make sure everything was O:K. It is an absolute 5 Star !!!!

Great for a family gathering! Rain or shine, great places to hang out! Everything we needed! We would book again!

Great place to host our family for Grandpa’s 80th birthday. We enjoyed the ability to all be together in the main room. House and view were beautiful. If you want everyone to be together then this is the perfect place. In addition, the hosts were extremely attentive.

we loved our stay at the Yurt! It was exactly what we wanted! We enjoyed the hotub, pool, volleyball court, basketball court and the petting zoo! We also did the hiking trail across the street where you can visit AL, GA, and TN! Just be prepared it is very steep and you’ll feel very accomplished once you get to the top! My only complaint is we had many flies in our room, I believe they were coming from the 3 bags of trash that sat outside of the yurt hopefully this was a one time thing!

Quiet, comfortable lodging, loved having a full kitchen. I only spent the early morning & evenings in the apartment & during that time, neighbors were quiet. It’s a short drive to the civic center area. Neighborhood felt safe. Communication is great. I would stay again.

Lovely place to stay, we loved the rocking chairs and the ability to bring our dog!!

This was my first trip to Huntsville. My five night stay was wonderful and just the type of getaway that I needed. On the mountain this location is about a mile from the entrance to Monte Sano state park. The paved streets of the neighborhood on the mountain are very easy to walk and ride your bikes. A short drive down the mountain via two different routes will take you within 30 min or less to sights such as the Space and Rocket Center, Big Spring Park and downtown areas. You will not want to miss visiting Burritt on the Mountain a museum just a 15 minute drive from your accommodation. While in town you can pick up groceries at an Aldi or dine at any number of restaurants like Taco Mamma. It was a great vacation for me!

Perfect location. Clean. Very convenient. Actually it is the hotel apartment, so pretty much it already has everything inside. Recommend

This was a wonderful apartment and a lot bigger than we expected! It is beautifully decorated and the couches and beds are very comfortable! Loved having the loft for the kids to sleep in, it was a big hit! The apartment was very clean which we appreciate! Joy is very conscientious and made us feel at home! Even helping with our little missteps without complaint! We really appreciated the little flowers and decorations we found around the home made it feel special! There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is beautiful! We recommend this place to everyone!

Absolutely perfect. You absolutely won't regret choosing this rental!

We loved our time at the Bougie Mom’s Cabin! Rachel and Steph really thought of everything! The beds were super comfy. The coffee bars with snacks were such a nice touch. We also loved the set up. Our families separate container homes for when they wanted privacy/quiet time. The swinging chairs on the patio of the tree house and the views were amazing! The swings were the grand-baby’s favorite! And so peaceful. We hated we could not stay longer. Next time we will stay longer.

Such a darling cabin! It was perfect for our stay and 10 min door to door to University of the South. There were so many nice touches @ the cabin - snacks in kitchen, coffee stocked, great bathroom amenities, comfortable bed, etc! We loved it and will be back. Thank you, Amy!

We had a great stay!! The place is easy to find and feels very quiet and peaceful in nature, I wish we could've stayed a whole week. There are other houses in the area but they are not too close so you have space and it still feels private (just not 100% "in the middle of nowhere" private - we were also here in the winter with no leaves on the trees inbetween). As others mentioned, the stairs going up to the bathroom/bedrooms is more like a ladder so important to keep in mind if you have mobility issues, but we had no problem navigating them. Our dog stayed downstairs and had tons of fun running around outside. There's also some fantastic hikes in the area!! Can't wait to come back again when the weather is warmer to take full advantage of the dock/lake. Thanks for a wonderful weekend away!

This was our second time staying here. The home is so beautiful, well appointed and the views are glorious. Having the gated neighborhood is an added bonus.

3 Bedrooms plus loft beds and 3 baths made this a great weekend stay for 3 couples and a single. the walk way outside is uneven rock and the stairs inside were larger spaced steps.

This mountain retreat is the perfect place to go with friends or family. You have areas to gather together and spend time by the fire or grilling and have an amazing view of the mountains, while still having your privacy. Each unit has its own bathroom and different sleeping arrangements. It is so magical and serene, the pictures do not do it justice.

Gorgeous home immersed in the woods! We really enjoyed our stay.
