Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Frankenmuth

I stayed at Suellen's place while my son was competing in Odyssey of the Mind at MSU and her place was just what I was looking for. The opportunity to chat with her during my comings and goings was an added bonus. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and private place to stay with a friendly host, I highly recommend booking with her.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

Looks exactly as listed! Great views from the balcony with nice natural light from inside. The evenings had plenty of relaxing fireplace heaters inside with dim light settings. Heated bathroom floor was my personal favorite. A great park to walk in nearby made it the perfect relaxing getaway we were hoping for!

Fantastic location—just a short walk to downtown, which made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

A beautifully, clean and well appointed house—perfect for early risers drawn to the natural light streaming through expansive, curtainless windows. The thoughtful array of coffee machines was a delightful touch. Overall, a lovely and peaceful stay. Kevin was super responsive and attentive host.

We didn't spend a lit of time hear, only to sleep. There is so much to do in the area that we were out a lot. It was extremely nice to come in to a very clean and inviting space after a tiring day of play!

Ryan was an outstanding host from start to finish! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house was spotless upon arrival, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were even able to check in a few hours early, which made the start of our trip even smoother and more convenient. The location was perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly felt right at home the entire time. Ryan was also incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to any questions or messages. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This was a great stay for a large family! Small, quiet neighborhood. Nice upstairs and downstairs tvs with a kitchen set up nicely for family dinners. The jacuzzi tub in the backyard has plenty of privacy within a fenced in yard and also has a nice gas grill that is very convenient for afternoon cooking with your choice of beverages! If you have two or more children they could have the entire upstairs and you would have more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and comfort! Five Stars!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic little getaway. Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood and the property is fantastic. The pool and hot tub really made our stay over the top. Joshua is a fantastic host and we had a wonderful time!

We had so much fun staying here. The house was well stocked, super clean and was walking distance to town. The beds were also super comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive, we got into town early and she let us know the house was ready if we wanted to check in early which was amazing. We loved having a fully fenced yard for our dogs, it was great taking breaks from being in town in the hot tub with the dogs running around the yard. Highly recommended!

The place was great, and met all of our needs! It was really cute, and spacious. Nichole was extremely accommodating, and had great communication.

This place was perfect for our stay. Unfortunately I had a situation which delayed me getting there so I didn’t get to enjoy the place as I had hoped. It was very comfortable and I hope to stay again when I’m back in the area!!

Gretchen's place was awesome! She had everything we need and more for a relaxing stay. I always judge a place by bedding and towels...she spent the extra money and it makes a big difference! We used the rental as a meeting place when we were all in town for our mother's funeral. We could have used a few more outdoor chairs but that's it. We will stay here again. Thank you Gretchen!

This rental was perfect for a quick one night stay while in town for a wedding. The place was clean and welcoming. Even with the other units in the house it was quiet and we felt right at home. This would be a great place to stay longer, as there was a full kitchen and beautiful deck off the kitchen to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Michelle was responsive and accomidating to us checking in a bit early. I would recommend renting this place.

Michelle place was wonderful! The place had the historic home feel and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful area of town just a short walk to downtown, park, and river. Really close to the hospital if you're staying in town to visit a loved one. Highly recommend Michelle's Place!

Loved the location; not a lot to do locally, but Caseville, Bad Axe, and Port Austin were a very short, scenic, and serene drive away.

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!

This Airbnb was PERFECT! We came for a bachelorette get together and stayed for the weekend, we had 8 people which Lane was very accommodating and allowed us to bring an air mattress for our extra people! The location is pristine as it was right across the street from an amazing restaurant (Beachy’s), the farmers market (Saturday morning), lots of stores to shop around, and right next to the liquor store! We didn’t have to drive a single place which made the trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were very large and super clean! The bathrooms were both extremely spacious, absolutely gorgeous and stocked with soap! We will definitely be returning, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Caseville!

Mikes place was more spacious and undersold through the ad in my opinion. It was a really nice place to stay and the community it is in is very friendly and comfortable. Definitely booking in the future when I’m back in Michigan
