Holiday rentals with a patio in Frankenmuth

Sam was an amazing host, the Middleton was so cozy and clean and wonderful…we wished that we could stay longer! We will absolutely stay again!

I had such a wonderful stay at this place! It was a perfect location - close to MSU and shopping, it had a gorgeous yard and artwork, and it was SO CLEAN. Communication was great, and it was nice to briefly meet the owner and the dogs. :) As the description states, it is a basement so you will hear the family moving about upstairs. That said, it was not bothersome for me, the space is very private, and I was able to relax and get work done during times I was not visiting campus. This is one of the nicest airbnb homes I've stayed in, and I would absolutely return. Thank you!

The apartment is beautiful. Immaculate, upgraded, spacious. It provided a perfect home base for magnificent weekend. I would recommend The Finley Block to anyone looking to stay in Owosso.

I stayed at Chad’s place for Christmas ski trip. The location is great and the place is quiet and clean. Nice decorations. I asked several questions and Chad replied nicely. It’s a lovely place for weekend trips.

Whimsical rooms and a great park to take the kids! We had everything we needed for our extended stay.

Nicely decorated and furnished. Well stocked with towels and cleaning supplies. The books and games were a nice, homey touch! Conveniently located for our needs. We left something behind and Jennifer was very helpful in getting it back to us. This was a great choice for our family weekend!

We enjoyed staying at Dennis’s place! It was quiet and comfortable and clean! It was a nice peaceful getaway!! The hosts had great hospitality with fresh cut flowers in the house and even eggs in the fridge from their backyard chickens! And even another little surprise, a yummy local pie in the fridge! Me, my mom and sister all enjoyed our stay! Clean and tidy home with clear and simple checkout instructions! Thanks for everything!!!

The house exceeded our expectations! It was a beautiful home on a beautiful lot. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our only regret is that the weather prohibited us from taking advantage of the amazing outdoor space. Britney was very responsive, and helpful. If you are traveling in the area, this is the place you must stay.

What a awesome place to get away! Wow did we have a great time . Brad place was so cute, cozy and spotless. We felt at home from the time we walked in . Being by the water was so relaxing he has such a nice set up. Brad was a great host we really couldn’t have asked for more . He went out of his way to make our stay very enjoyable. We didn’t want to leave .Great coffee bar, stocked with great pans and dish wear for cooking . I can’t say enough!! Book this place while you can you definitely won’t regret it . The home is adorable and had everything we needed. The location was central for what we were doing so it worked out perfectly. The bathroom door knob is a little tricky to open once inside but we figured it out.

Nice little Airbnb! The house was very clean and plenty of towels and extra blankets. A bit small, but perfectly fine for a place to mainly just sleep and shower. Even though there are a lot of houses around the backyard is very private and dog friendly. It’s mostly fenced in, though it would have been amazing if the fence fully connected so we could let the dogs run around off leash. We went to nearby Stepping Stone park and found some nice paved paths for longer walks for the dogs. Eileen was responsive and good communication. I loved her paintings in the house!

We were in town to visit our son and his fiancée. They're both freshmen at local universities. The place is absolutely charming and even better than the pictures. Julie and Matt have thought of everything to make their guests feel right at home. The house was immaculate with a fun, mid-century modern vibe that Midland is known for. We can't wait to stay again when we plan our next visit.

This Airbnb was PERFECT! We came for a bachelorette get together and stayed for the weekend, we had 8 people which Lane was very accommodating and allowed us to bring an air mattress for our extra people! The location is pristine as it was right across the street from an amazing restaurant (Beachy’s), the farmers market (Saturday morning), lots of stores to shop around, and right next to the liquor store! We didn’t have to drive a single place which made the trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were very large and super clean! The bathrooms were both extremely spacious, absolutely gorgeous and stocked with soap! We will definitely be returning, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Caseville!

We really really enjoyed staying at Bob’s apartment. It was perfectly located for us, as well as generally being very near to all amenities locally. It was quiet and pretty. It was much larger than we thought and we found it very comfortable. Considering we were there for a month it couldn’t have been more perfect to be honest. Kitchen was great and everything we needed was available

Gretchen's place was awesome! She had everything we need and more for a relaxing stay. I always judge a place by bedding and towels...she spent the extra money and it makes a big difference! We used the rental as a meeting place when we were all in town for our mother's funeral. We could have used a few more outdoor chairs but that's it. We will stay here again. Thank you Gretchen!

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!
