We loved staying at Petros's place. The location is picture perfect and completely serene, coupled with the stunning views - perfect getaway gem. The villa is beautifully designed with lots of places to explore and hang out in. Petros is very accommodating and all around helpful from assisting us in setting up the outdoor speakers to offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. We had an absolutely amazing time and hope to stay at the villa again when we come back to Crete. Highly recommend!

We spent the most lovely time at Nikos place with our baby and friends. The villa is located directly by the sea with a spectacular view. We enjoyed really enjoyed our breakfasts watching the waves and listening to the ocean so much. The place is very quiet and private. Nikos is the most welcoming host and gave us great directions for the island. We can definitely recommend staying there! Thank you so much for having us.

We had a wonderful time in the nice cottage and the beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea and the robust mountains. Dimitra and Kostas are very sweet and hospitable and respond very quickly to questions. This beautiful place is highly recommended even without a car because there is a delicious taverna within walking distance on a small but quiet beach where you can chill under the tree and a supermarket with a nice terrace across the street . Even our little dog enjoyed it. A top location

The house impresses with its large windows, which allow a beautiful view of the sea. Slidable screens in front of all windows, so that there was a good indoor climate even at 40 degrees outside temperature. A highlight was the starry sky, which we could enjoy on the mattress on the terrace( under safe mosquito net). Feederico provided us with fresh eggs, goat yogurt as well as honey and olive oil every morning. The interaction was extremely friendly and his tips were excellent. In particular, the tavern Agios Georgios , a bit individual, flower power and with excellent cuisine we will miss.

We stayed in this lovely, modern villa in southern Crete. The surroundings were beautiful, we enjoyed a lot of sunny days, which made our stay even better. There were several nice restaurants that we very much enjoyed. Also happy with the well equipped supermarket just a minute away. The authentic and mountaineous region is very beautiful. We explored the scenic landscapes, like the Imbros gorge. The villa was very clean and well-equipped, providing all the essentials for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is wonderful as is the outdoor grill, and the bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The villa's location on the beach provided very nice views, we felt very lucky to have the whole beach to ourselves. Loved the privacy. One downside was the heated pool. We had chosen this villa in large part for the pool, but during our stay in April, the water was not yet warm enough, which was a bit disappointing for the kids. We would recommend this l

We already know the house from previous holidays. And we are very happy here. We have three dogs in the house, it is not a given that this is possible. Thanks to the nice host. Everything is very relaxed with him. The next year is currently being planned.

The house is simply gorgeous. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The host was very generous with items in the refrigerator and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of recommendations of places to eat in the area. Michael met us in the driveway upon arrival and showed us everything in the house, that was very kind. Especially loved access to the washer and dryer because we were traveling with kids. It was too cold to use the pool, but if you are here when it is warm, it would be such delight.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Beatiful view and nice downstairs appartment with own pool and yard. Parking lot had always room for our car. From parking lot there are deep stairs down to the appartments yard. We came late in evening and it was little bit difficult to get in without light on the appartment door. Pool was great for swimming and view fo Chania and sea bay just amazing. If you have lot of electronic devices with you, take a power strip with you. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet during our stay in April. Really nice place to relax and enjoy life.

Book this Airbnb. Do not think twice. Nice to be greeted with wine and snacks after the flight over. 3 styles of coffee makers with coffee. Sugar, spices, olive oil and balsamic to get you started. 4 bedroom 3 full baths. Great living and cooking areas. Very spacious for our group of 7. Clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you could ask for. We made a few terrific meals with the grill and kitchen equipment. Harilao has put a lot of thought and planning in to his home. Gorgeous outdoor space with heated pool. Indoors is clean and uncluttered. The views are lovely. 1 minute on walk up the street to fresh bread daily and cute market. 3 minute walk down the street is a bigger market. 4 minute walk to my favorite beach. 8 Euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Bar right there if you want a drink. Walk to coffee, pastries, restaurants and bars near by. We loved the home and beach so much that we slipped a few day trips. 5 stars. I hope to come back! We were there as a family with the grandparents. All three generations liked it very much. The heated pool is an absolute plus at the end of May and the whirlpool right next to it makes the outdoor area perfect. The grounds are spacious, there is plenty of shade and the view is amazing. The protected grill area is perfect for breakfast and dinner. However, the first-class service is particularly noteworthy. Olga was always available, the jammed courtyard gate was repaired within half an hour and two employees come every morning, take the garbage, clean the outside area and even the grill. There are many very good restaurants and all encounters were positive and friendly, we liked it very much.

What a beautiful stay and this stunning villa. Definitely the best outdoor space at any villa I’ve ever stayed. And the view? Well, it’s even better than it looks. Kissamos is a chilled out town with great access to some of the world’s best beaches and some great local restaurants. Antonio’s was always on hand to help with anything we needed, he responded to our messages in about 5 minutes. Such a lovely guy and you won’t regret staying here. Thank you and YAMAS!

This is a 10/10 Villa. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. We were a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children aged 2, 4, 9 and 11). The views are stunning, the pool is big, all the rooms have private bathroom. Jacuzzi is also perfect for when the sun goes down! Theo was a wonderful host helping us, giving good recommendations and suprising as with some nice gestures. This Villa really is a Gem as the name suggests. As for the surroundings - it is 100% private! For me the best part was that there is a nice local village to walk to every night. There are some amazing Tavernas/Restaurants with delicious food and reasonable prices (also a mini-market). There is also a nice beach with a good restaurant and a nice cozy beach bar - it is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. And if you rent a car then it is a 10 minute ride to the Rethymnon old town, which is also a very nice place with lots of shops and restaurants. The Villa was worth every euro!

An unforgettable stay at Villa In Vivo! Our experience at the Villa was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself is pure luxury - spotlessly clean, tastefully designed, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a relaxing and carefree stay. What truly made our holiday special, however, was the incredible hospitality of our host, Panagoula. Even before our arrival, she was in touch with me, patiently answering all our questions and making us feel welcome from the start. We were greeted with such warmth at the airport, and upon arrival at the villa, we found delightful culinary surprises and a beautiful selection of fresh fruit waiting for us. The mid-stay cleaning service after four days was a lovely touch, and we are especially grateful for Panagoula’s tireless support after the stormy weather – and for the delicious, healthy meal she brought us during the week! What an incredible holiday! Alexios’ villa was even more beautiful than the photos. Every room was spotless and the whole villa was very well set up and equipped for everything we could need. There were loads of outdoor communal areas and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for cooking. Alexios was really helpful and responsive to all of our needs. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back!

We had the best time at Manos’ villa. It is even more beautiful than the photos and was spotlessly clean, had everything you could possibly need and was so close to beautiful beaches. Sitting on the balcony every morning looking out to sea was just soooo relaxing. We all slept so well in the comfy beds. We have fallen in love with this part of Crete and hope to come back to this gorgeous villa asap! Manos is a warm and responsive host and we felt so at home. Thanks so much!!!

Georgia and Yannis's villa is amazing, and surpassed all of our expectations. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, the owners have thought about every single detail, which made planning our holiday considerably easier. In the weeks before our arrival, Georgia sent us itinerary ideas, beach recommendations and restaurant suggestions. The view from the pool is simply breathtaking. We were two families with children from 4 to 14. The children loved every minute of our holiday, particularly the swimming pool and the play area.

The accommodation is extremely spacious. The pool is fantastic, the view is incredible. The beach is easily reached on foot in just 300m. The restaurant Vatalos (on the beach) is highly recommended. We thought the beach was great. It had shady spots under the trees, sandy beach and rocks. The whole house was cleaned twice a week and new bed linen was provided. All towels were also changed. We felt very comfortable in the house and would book again immediately. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Logari. Beautiful home that looked just like the photos. Host was extremely responsive and hospitality was top notch… the daily breakfast basket is an amazing touch. The villa is in Xirosterni which is a bit off the beaten path but is charming and we were able to explore the local area as well as travel to both Chania and Rethymno which are each around 45 minutes away. Would definitely return!

This is a spectacular villa and easily matches the photos. One unexpected feature was that one of the two pools was shallow for the kids. That meant they could stand by themselves and they would play in it all day. The adults loved just lying in it too! Nikos was a great host. He welcomed us on to the property and was extremely responsive with our questions. He even delivered extra pool toys and Greek treats during our stay. The area is very private with a short drive to supermarkets and some classic waterfront restaurants. It’s also convenient to get to Chania airport. We loved our stay here as two families, it exceeded our expectations and would strongly recommend.
