Holiday rentals with a patio in Framlingham

Excellent property. We were a family group of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, aged 12,7,and 1. Accomodation was well suited for this group. Baby gate at the top of the stairs along with travel cot and baby toys. Bedrooms spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen small, but fine for cooking breakfast, although grilling bacon in the oven under a smoke detector can be noisy at times. Pub downstairs is lovely and although we didn't eat there, the food looked excellent. Situated in a quiet village just outside Bury St.Edmunds, this place would be ideal for exploring the area. We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Chrissy is such a thoughtful host and the property is just perfect - the private outdoor courtyard is a great place to chill. Loved it!

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

A fantastic stay in a lovely new build home with great amenities and excellent beds, we slept very well! The host was extremely approachable and contactable, a very smooth check in and check out with clear instructions. Lovely location with a great pub 2 doors down. We will definitely be returning

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

The Dragonfly was just exceptional! Everything about it was of the best standard, luxury. From the toilet paper to the bedding. There are 6 or 7 other venues on the White lodge estate run by Victoria but it all feels very private. Yes it is in a very quiet location and you need to drive to restaurants etc but the facilities to cater for yourself are pretty much as you have at home. Coffee maker with pods provided! We cannot really give high enough praise. We had 3 wonderful nights at the Dragonfly, thank you Victoria and all those who do the background stuff we never saw.

This was a high quality and very spacious room, with a fun 1930s theme. It's a short walk to the lovely village of Middleton and its pub. The host lives next door and was friendly and helpful. If you are disturbed by early morning light you may want to bring an eye shield as the two door windows didn't have curtains.

What a lovely birthday trip with my son! Even though the weather wasn't on our side. Julia and Tim were great hosts and their communication was great. Also, their home was cosy, clean and they even had toys for my son to play with, which he enjoyed. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a really fun and relaxing weekend at Owl cottage. It was very clean, characterful and cosy, with comfy beds and a great living room. The location is quiet and attractive with a good gastro pub 3 mins walk away. Thoughtful welcome goodies were really appreciated. Thank you

This was our second visit to the cottage and we will definitely return. A welcoming space where you can feel relaxed in a great location.

We had an absolutely brilliant and relaxing stay – the accommodation was lovely and really well thought out. The beds were comfy, and we slept well throughout. One of the real highlights was the local wildlife – we were amazed by how close we got to nature, and being (lightly!) stalked by the cows definitely made us smile! Would love to come back soon.

My partner and I came up for a short stay for work, Christine's air b&b was extremely lovely and in impeccable condition and Christine herself was extremely kind and communicative. We'd definitely recommend Christine's air b&b as a place to stay, especially if you like watching wildlife from your window :)

We were racing at Snetterton for the weekend. Perfect for us and very close to circuit. We had everything we needed on arrival including milk,tea,coffee, croissants, biscuits, selection of cereals, cans coke, bottled water and more. Very comfortable stay with all the facilities we required provided. Thank you Claire.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

Such a charming apartment with everything you could possible need. Very peaceful setting , we had a wonderful break away. Would highly recommend.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!

Everything you want from an ABNB. Fully equipped, clear explanations. Have already recommended to friends who need a central place in bury for a few days. Well done guys.

What a fantastic property! Tastefully decorated and brilliant location for exploring Bungay and surrounding areas. We felt welcomed right from the start and the property had everything you need. Wished we could have stayed longer!
