Le long balcon vous permettra d’admirer la vue en profitant de l’extérieur. Votre voiture sera stationnée dans un box sécurisé au sous-sol de l’immeuble.

40 m² accommodation, refurbished on the ground floor, in the heart of the "Bouchon de Champagne", the city center of Troyes. Equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, you will have a bed in a bedroom area and a thick sofa bed in the living room. For comfort, you will find an HD TV, a Nespresso coffee maker, an equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishes, etc.)... and even an ironing kit! Come and drop off your bags for a visit to Troyes!

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

L’Hospice St-Nicolas

The Hospice St-Nicolas is located in the historic heart of the city of Troyes, a short walk to the cathedral and in a unique place steeped in history. Founded by the canons of the cathedral around 1157, the Petit-St-Nicolas Hospice was the first hospital in Troyes. Since 1996, the building and its chapel have been classified as a historic monument. The Hospice St-Nicolas will seduce you with the charm and calm of its premises.

SNCF train station is a 7-minute walk away. Numerous activities, nature, leisure, sports (golf, microlight parachuting, sailing, Charles de Gaulle memorial). Pets allowed

Fred's cottage, small house

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs there are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
