Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fraccionamiento Altavela

I loved the apartment, the stay was very pleasant, having a garden space was very relaxing, the spaces were clean, the beds were very cozy, the pool space was excellent, clean and air-conditioned, I would return without hesitation

We stayed for 5 nights. This place was amazing. 8h floor views omg! My kids 17, 14, 13 and 11 had an amazing time having family time in the patio. shared smiles and laughs together. They were amazed the by 3 swimming pools, they loved the size of the location and the bedrooms. The bathtub in the master bathroom was a hit. Our baby 3 months old was a happy baby there as well. We loved it since the moment we walked in. Would of been a lot easier to have a Nespresso or Espresso machine jeje, since we dont drink brewed coffee. (but our morning drives to starbucks were awesome) We look forward to returning to unit 806 again.

Amazing! Alejandra welcomed us with pleasure even though I unintentionally confused me with the flight schedules and we arrived two hours later than I initially told them. Alejandra was aware of us at all times. Also the staff of Peninsula gave us good service. The facilities are just like the photos, both the unit inside and the building, swimming pool, and beach. The location is quite private and they take security very seriously. To enter the Flamingos area where Peninsula is to be identified, also identify yourself before entering the property facilities, and wear bracelet throughout the stay. I loved that there was only 3 units coming up to our apartment, so there was no wait in the elevator. The assigned parking lot is also relatively close to the elevator. The water pressure and temperature was excellent. We could have two showers and the washing machine at the same time. A/C worked great. We'll be back!

What an exceptional stay in the heart of Zona Romántica! The apartment was not only spacious and beautifully designed, but also offered breathtaking open ocean views that we enjoyed every day. Its location is perfect—surrounded by fantastic restaurants both in town and along the beach, all within easy walking distance. The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool—absolutely stunning and likely the largest in town. With 360-degree views of the ocean and city, it was the perfect place to relax any time of day. You truly can’t ask for a better rooftop experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We were warmly welcomed by the staff with a bottle of wine, and the 24/7 reception added an extra layer of convenience and security. A luxurious and memorable stay—we can’t wait to come back! Very nice place, there is an oxxo and a Walmart very close. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go again. I appreciate the attention of always being attentive

The apartment is very comfortable, just as it appears in the pictures. Jarla was attentive at all times. It has an excellent location, it is very close to Kiosko, restaurants, Guadalajara pharmacy, bars, gas station. The parking is comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

Everything is excellent and the place is worth it

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

We had an amazing weekend. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is delicious, always warm and perfect for relaxing. We traveled with two dogs and the house was ideal for them too: safe, with space and pet friendly. The host's attention was excellent, always attentive and friendly. Definitely a place we want to go back to. Highly recommended

It is the best Airbnb accommodation I have had, close to the beach club that is a jewel. The sea without waves is like a giant pool, the pools are spotless, the place is comfortable, the Lady Elena is very friendly, the departure and entrance times are excellent as they make the most of the days, I will definitely return, my family and I had a fantastic time.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well kept and very comfortable. The amenities with the pool and hot tub were great as well. Just a short walk to the beach and many options for dinner and activities.

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

We just returned from a week in Albert's beautiful home and are already looking at booking again! It is hard to describe how lovely the apartment is, how stunning the views are and how incredibly friendly everyone is who works in the building. It was a dream vacation from beginning to end. Albert is one of the kindest people and is wonderful at communication. We are so grateful to him for making us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment was gorgeous and immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Every morning we couldn't wait to drink our morning smoothies on the deck while looking at the scenery and listening to the waves. The pools were perfect- it was hard for us to leave and explore PV because they were so fantastic. When we did wander, we would take a path from the pretty little sandy beach at the foot of the property to Los Muertos Beach and the Zona Romántica. This took 5 to 10 minutes. Thank you, Albert, for one of the best stays I have had in an Airbnb!
