Holiday rentals with a patio in Fraccionamiento Altavela

I went for the sole purpose of disconnecting from the work day and relaxing on the beach with my boxer dog, and it was achieved! The loft is beautiful and super suitable, it has everything you need The condominium staff at all times are super friendly and respectful. obviously there are rules and you have to take care of the facilities but both me and my dog treated us super well. has easy access to the beach and is a very nice beach perfect for swimming and walking Diego was aware that everything was perfect and he didn't miss out on any details to make it so. He's an excellent host. I would definitely go back, spend a few magical days.

We stayed for 5 nights. This place was amazing. 8h floor views omg! My kids 17, 14, 13 and 11 had an amazing time having family time in the patio. shared smiles and laughs together. They were amazed the by 3 swimming pools, they loved the size of the location and the bedrooms. The bathtub in the master bathroom was a hit. Our baby 3 months old was a happy baby there as well. We loved it since the moment we walked in. Would of been a lot easier to have a Nespresso or Espresso machine jeje, since we dont drink brewed coffee. (but our morning drives to starbucks were awesome) We look forward to returning to unit 806 again.

Fabulous home. Very roomy. Very clean. Brianda and Paco responded to any need or issues immediately. Laundry on site, and even laundry supplies. The pool was private and comfortable. The whole place was utterly spotless and well taken care of. I could not have chosen a better location, or a better host. Thank you both for having me. I wish I had booked my time there longer

A fantastic place, it's very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the reception 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!

We stayed with my grandmother and two dogs, the apartment was very accessible, it has an elevator and spacious areas... in addition, they put sunscreen in the bathroom, which was very much appreciated... The location is excellent, very close to the beach and just outside the subdivision there is an Oxxo and clean and accessible food stalls. We would love to come back!

While the photos online were lovely, they honestly don't do justice to how beautiful the home and especially the pool are in person – it was even more gorgeous than we imagined! We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning pool. The location was also a huge plus. We loved the friendly neighborhood vibe; it made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with a perfect and quick resolution from our host, demonstrating their genuine commitment to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. Everything was great, a place to rest and have a good time. The location is perfect, there are restaurants, shops and pharmacies nearby, everything was as in the photos, only some cooking utensils were needed, but otherwise everything was perfect 👌 We would definitely return as a family.

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

Armando was always on the lookout to provide us with the necessary information for our arrival in a timely and clear manner. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay for 6 adults, the apartment has quick access to the elevator and the pool and beach area. Very clean, tidy and very comfortable to rest. Highly recommended for travelers like me who seek cleanliness, tranquility and for my family to feel comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Flamingo/Orchideas. Our hosts were rapid fire quick in responding, always helpful and kind. The condo was very cozy and exactly as described. Our boys enjoyed the pool daily without any issues. I highly recommend this place!

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.
