All quiet, without any problem. Quiet neighborhood with a convenience store on the corner, very close. Cozy house with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The garage is not very large, I had to leave the car well against the passenger side to have a corridor and access the house (a renegade) but it was not a problem, just an observation. Very spacious comfortable bed (king size), and good sized bathrooms. Fast internet.

Very good space, nearby contains everything you need from bakeries to liquor distributors that is open until later, quiet place, without noise, the host is wonderful, super good people and requests, impeccable the space, cleaning, household utensils, there was even coffee dust (with the price this way, haha) playing aside all the care you take with AirBnb make the experience impeccable, very good location, squares and supermade nearby, and the tourist destinations always well accessible due to the location, I go frequently to the city and whenever I am available, I make sure to rent it.

I felt really comfortable in this accommodation, the house is so beautiful and has a lot of space. The kitchen is a good size and the rooms are the same. It's nice to go out on the balcony and see the view of the surroundings. Marilene is flexible, and responds to messages quickly. The location of the accommodation is ideal. It's not that hard to walk downtown, although it's 2 km or so. There are oil companies, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

The space is great, the house is exactly as described in the ad, it has everything you need. The beds are good, the kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels all very well structured. Márcia was also super attentive to us, answering all our questions quickly. It was a great stay in a great place. Hope to return soon

Exactly as the ad, great place, quiet, residential and strategic for all points. The city itself has large works, which makes it difficult to move at peak times to other sights, but since the site is midway to the falls and very close to the customs with Argentina, it was great, even with the works. The house is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which helps a lot in the stay. There are visible rules that make it easy, such as garbage days etc. There was courtesy of coffee, I did not use it but it is certainly attention that makes a difference. it was clean, smellsy and organized. I took cold days and the shower was warm and pleasant. excellent cost-benefit. Gostei, I will return and recommend it.

Tania was a great host, very helpful with check in and check out. Perfect quiet location in walking distance from bakeries, restaurants and small local bars. Easy quick drive into town. Enjoyed walking in the area and always felt safe.

This is the third time I've stayed at Cleonice's place. Excellent choice. Everything is always clean, organized and functional. We'll come back

Apartment as per photos and description, clean, cozy and well decorated. There was an oven in the description, but there wasn't one in the apartment, but the listing has already been corrected. The suggestion is that for longer stays, there could be a change of towels.

The apartment is very nice, it has high ceilings, which makes it an elegant space, the bedroom is a little small, but the rest of the spaces make up for it, it was also impeccable and smelled very good. The kitchen is very well equipped, we were with our babies and I could count on everything necessary to make their meals. Ellen was very kind and allowed us to check in much earlier so we could go to the falls that day, which was excellent! She was also always attentive to everything we needed. Anyway, we had a very good stay, we felt at home.

Excellent communication and hospitality, clean, cozy and well located. The only thing that was not clear to us was the beds, because in the description there were 3 beds. But in fact, it is a double bed and a sofa bed. But that was just a detail. We were able to enjoy the accommodation without any problems.

The Apartment is located at the corner of two double avenues, it has a fuel station across the street, which facilitates access and provides a sense of security to get in and out even at night, since it is well lit. We had a great experience during our 7 days in Foz do Iguaçu! The apartment is excellent — very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the photos. The location is also great, with easy access to the city's main tourist attractions and shops. We want to highlight Marcia, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Always available to help us with any questions or needs. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

Loved our stay for my family of 4 people, to Visit Iguazu Falls, both sides and Parque Das Aves. Amazing. Supermarket 5 minute walk away. Esther was very responsive and communication was very easy Highly recommended
