Great place overall!! The neighborhood was very peaceful and clean. My favorite thing about this place was the parking! I did not have to worry about parking at the front. Since this was pet friendly we did decided to leave two clean pet bowls for the next family to use for their pets. I would definitely book my next stay here again!

Milan was a great host! He was responsive and very communicative! His place was comfortable and very close to the McCormick Convention Center, which was where I was working from Friday through Tuesday. The couch was very comfortable along with the bed I slept in. His check in and out instructions were perfect. I will likely book his place next year.

Drake Place Loft was a great getaway. Clean, quiet, peaceful. No pet or smoke smells. Location above coffee shop makes breakfast very convenient. We plan to be back. 💯

Such a wonderful place! Clean, comfortable and felt right at home. Just as described. Clear instructions. Lovely peaceful surroundings - beautiful yard! My sister & I stayed for our grandma’s 90th birthday weekend and we had so much going on that we didn’t get to utilize many of the amazing amenities this place has to offer. The massage chair was wonderful and we loved the Nespresso machine! We will be back again when we visit Fort! We had a wonderful stay.

Planned a trip to Chicago for a weekend get away and Michael’s house did not disappoint. Free parking with unlimited parking passes, probably the most friendly/sweet neighbors you’ll find and just a very beautiful home 100% recommend very close to the green line train which we used to get to the loop every day book this house before it’s gone!

Joan's daughter, Rebekah, communicated directly with me through the Airbnb app. She provided detailed check-in instructions, a phone number to contact her, etc. It seems Rebekah lives in Hawaii so please keep note of that for response times, etc. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. Joan and Rebekah have a beautiful collection of original art, artifacts, etc. so please keep that in mind if you are bringing small children to the home. Please note that the 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom; and the lower level has 2 twin beds in the open area, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the first bedroom, and 1 full bed and 1 futon in the second bedroom (including a full laundry and utility room in a closed room).

I can't recommend this Airbnb enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The place was not only extremely clean, but also beautifully decorated with a very welcoming atmosphere. The space is also very spacious, which was a huge plus. The host was incredible, super kind and helpful. There’s so many restaurant and fun bars in the area so there was always something to do on our down time. Thanks again Will for sharing your amazing space!

Wendy and Matt's place was comfortable and homey. The location was great, the apartment comfortable, and we had essential amenities. The building is mid-century modern and designed by famed architect Harry Weese that incorporates thoughtful references to Chicago architectural history throughout while still remaining visually cohesive. One minor issue is the stove, which is electric and somewhat underpowered. It's good enough for minor work like breakfast or heating leftovers but you may struggle producing more elaborate meals. It was a very minor quibble but worth noting for those culinarians wanting to prepare their own meals. The oven is decent but there is only one. Overall, my stay was excellent and I recommend Wendy and Matt's place wholeheartedly. They are excellent hosts as well.

Planned a weekend trip with our daughters and their partners to Chicago. Loved this location being outside of the city but very conveniently located to public transit. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of room for 6 adults. A perk was the driveway parking space for our car. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again when visiting Chicago!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location to Oak hills farm. We traveled with kids and the amenities available was very helpful to our stay. Great house to stay overall.

We’re from Rockford so I remember when this neighborhood was built in the 90’s. It’s not as nice as it once was and it wasn’t terribly great then. These types of houses are very cookie cutter and the builder was shady back in the day. Used cheap wood, just banged them out quickly for profit… but for us it was an okay place to stay back in our hometown, it served its purpose. They definitely need to go through and fix some things like the master bedroom door (it’s basically hanging by a screw at the hinge) and towel rack in master bathroom to name a couple… A few other things should be looked at as well— like maybe putting curtains or blinds on the patio doors! Pros: Good location, hot showers, fast internet.. Cons: broken door, broken chair, broken towel rack, noisy and nosy neighbors, not as clean as it should be (dusty shelves, dirty floors, stained rugs/couch)….

This stay provided a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Perfect space and amenities. Maria provided perfect communication and the location was safe and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The bathrooms has great amenities and are spacious as well. The kitchen was clean and had anything you could want or need to make a meal. Maria even thought of some other items like Tupperware and parchment paper. The coffee maker was serviceable. The gift basket was truly indulgent and appreciated. The big sofa was comfy and the tvs are the perfect size with any app you may want. While it was cold outside and I didn't get to enjoy the property, it was certainly still beautiful and lovely to enjoy my coffee and watch the snow in the mornings. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Thank you for letting me staying.

Ami’s place was very clean. We felt at home. We got in super early and were tired. Ami was accommodating and provided an earlier check in time. The beds were comfortable and the dark out shades were ideal. The garage availability was also great! I highly recommend Ami’s place. Me and my family enjoyed our stay.

This place has everything I was looking for. Tyler and his family met us at check in and were very friendly. My parents drove in from Arizona with their trailer and Tyler was nice enough to let them park it on the property for the duration of the stay. Even with the trailer, there was still a ton of land for their two large dogs and our little dog to run around and enjoy themselves. The hot tub and fire pit area were great and they even left a huge bundle of wood for us to use.The house was immaculate and decorated nicely. The house has a lot of history that you can read about in one section of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs and silverware. The dishwasher made clean up easy. The dining room had a large table where we enjoyed all our family meals. There is a washer and dryer that we used while there that was very convenient. In all The whole house/land was very clean, private and spacious. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Edwin’s place during our concert weekend. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and Edwin made sure the whole experience was easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s place! The house is beautiful and the view is stunning. It was really clean and felt very welcoming. We traveled with grandparents and kids and everyone found something to enjoy. The pool table was a huge hit, as was the badminton set and the multiple outdoor seating areas. This one is highly recommended!
