Small apartment but perfectly functional, with everything you need, we had a great stay.

Maud welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness. Whenever we needed anything, she supported us. The apartment is beautiful, modern, tastefully furnished and everything works perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped; there is even everything you need for fondue. The location is optimal, a stone's throw from the cross-country ski slopes, the parking lot with the shuttle bus that takes you to the haute vallée in summer. From the balcony you can enjoy the sun and a beautiful view of the valley. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back.

We spent one night, the apartment is as described, clean and well located. It is comfortable and everything is well described in the booklet. Small touches are left, the spa is very pleasant. The only regret is the departure time, 10 a.m. is really early. Finally, there is not much time left to enjoy.

I spent a weekend at Sylvain's place. It is quiet and not overlooked. The place is tastefully renovated. The place is also well-equipped. The view from the accommodation is great. A very nice place to relax/spend a quiet stay.

New accommodation, very well decorated, cozy atmosphere. At the organizational level, the bedrooms and bathroom/toilet are on the ground floor and the living room with open kitchen and living room overlooking a terrace upstairs. Very quiet. Presence of many useful and pleasant products to have on site. Very nice discovery of Bozel which in this period was lively and pleasant to visit (unlike Courchevel where everything was closed). Lake nearby with possibility of swimming, park with pumptrack and playgrounds for children less than 10 minutes' walk, hiking departures, tree climbing, etc. Some nice restaurants in town and useful shops within walking distance (small supermarket, cheese shop, bakery). In short, a very nice stay!

Sylvain is very welcoming and available with his wife Françoise! The studio was true to the description, very clean, with everything you need! Super easy to park, close to everything! I would highly recommend it!

The chalet was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible view from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. My cycling friends and I decided to cycle in the region around Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. When we went looking for a suitable base, we ended up at "Au Pied des Cols" by Laurent. This turned out to be a modern, compact, detached holiday home, literally at the foot of Col du Chaussy and Col du Sapey, in a beautiful, quiet location near Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Large enough for the three of us, ideal for cyclists as well; there is a practical storage space, including all the equipment for cleaning and maintenance of the bikes, perfect. The communication with Laurent went smoothly and smoothly, the check-in and check-out also, flexible by using the key box. All in all, this apartment is highly recommended!

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large sunshade. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.
