"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It locates 15 minutes from Wexford town. The flat is right beside N25 where there are many local activities such as carrigbyrne hill, The hook lighthouse, Wexford heritage park, beaches, Dunbrody famine ship, JFK memorial park and many more. Our apartment is small pet friendly. It is perfect location for a relaxing staycation. Ideal if you're bringing your dog along on your travels.

Situated a few minutes from the beautiful Tintern Abbey and within 15 minutes of the lovely beaches at Duncannon, Cullenstown and Fethard. Both Wexford town and New Ross are within easy reach as are the popular tourist deitinations of Hook lighthouse, Dunbody Famine ship and the Irish National Heritage Centre.
