Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is at the back of 20 acres! Has stocked pond for fishing or drink coffee on the front porch and watch whitetail deer in the yard! Fenced in backyard for pets and plenty of room for them to roam and pond for them to swim in. Has a big garage. 3.5 miles from the fair grounds, 4 miles from downtown Texarkana, 2.8 miles from cooper tire. Close enough to everything but relaxing and quieter then you can get in a neighborhood!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Angela’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The communication was excellent; she promptly answered all my questions and provided helpful recommendations. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to groceries stores and restaurants. I enjoyed exploring the area and appreciated how convenient everything was. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Patricia and her mother were the consummate hosts. I had business in town at the courthouse and Patricia and her mother made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. I would not hesitate to come back if I ever needed to return to Linden. The backyard is very large, has a pool with a fountain, and towering pine trees on three sides. I enjoyed spending time in this part of the State and Patricia and her mother really made me feel at home.

WOW! We had such an amazing visit in Texarkana! our group was here for a wedding at the Garrison Gardens. which was also fantastic. Guy and his family were absolutely wonderful. Kind, considerate and it literally felt like home to all of us. The decor was so much fun to look at and every room you went into was well thought out for living comfortably. Everyone in our group just loved the back deck and back bar area! It was a place to gather after our long days! We are truly grateful to the family for having us and we will certainly be back to join again. I was born in Texarkana and I will certainly be recommending this place to anyone I know. Thank you again for making this such a special trip for us!
