I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lovely, clean and comfortable. Very nice little treat of cakes and biscuits plus milk in the fridge. Lauren was extremely helpful when I messaged her too. Would definitely return again. PS: my little dog absolutely loved being free in the enclosed garden too that was fab bonus!

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Great place to stay, lovely outlook from the decking across water and the golf course. Well appointed accommodation with everything you could need. Great facilities and a bar on site and very good value for money.

What a fantastic place! We stayed for two comfortable nights with our children and dog and had a fabulous time. We had a picnic on the lawn overlooking the Vale of Belvoir, ran the dog around the many fields surrounding the house and spent time watching TV and playing with the kids in the front room. Richard and Jo had put out the cot ahead of our visit, and even had bed bumpers ready for toddlers. The house is spacious and well appointed in a fantastic location.

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

Went as a family unit for my husband's 60th, and what a beautiful place! Kids loved the PlayStation 5, pool, ping ball and especially the pool. Management was so helpful and quick to respond to messages, we even had the pleasure of meeting Alistar and having a tour of his campervan, (credit to him). Looking forward to coming back next year! The only thing with me being short the pool could have been a little shallower but definitely a five star place! By far the best place we have stayed so far in the UK, let's hope we have better weather next year although it didn't spoil a thing as so much to do, Thanks Alistar and team 🥰🥰

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

Very responsive, friendly host. Accomodation was as described, comfortable, clean and a great base while we were in town.

Great place to stay. We fitted a mini and fiat 500 on the drive (just!). The street was quiet and nice local walks to the shops if required, or the lake. Playground nearby too. There were 2 double rooms and 2 twins rooms.

We had a lovely time and the house was good and suited our needs. Comfy beds, quiet and stylishly decorated.

We had a fabulous stay at Ian’s cottage. The location was great and the walk into Stamford by the river was just lovely.

Gorgeous little cottage in a lovely peaceful location, surrounded by nature. Beautifully decorated. It was warm and very comfortable. It had everything you needed. We walked to the nearby pub for dinner one night and that was really lovely too.

Me my son and dog stayed here for three nights and honestly was amazing can’t thank Wendy enough we had the most amazing time and if your looking for somewhere to stay this is the place it’s stunning and a real home from home feel felt so lovely and my little one and dog loved it!!!

What a beautiful cottage! Weather was great so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the garden. David was a great host and communication was good. We walked to the local pub on Friday night and had the services of a private chef on the Saturday night. We drove to Cambridge, only half an hour away, and enjoyed some punting. Beautiful part of the world and a great way to celebrate a 60th birthday!

Jonathan was a kind and friendly host, and provided excellent instructions, information and support. The house is more homely than home. Its spotless, spacious, light and airy and has so many facilities - a little drying room, all the laundry stuff, dishwasher, fab coffee machine, and all so well laid out. The heating is easy to use and works quickly, and there are plenty of windows so you can get the temperature just right. The furniture is comfy and solid and there were cushions and blankets everywhere. We went for a sporting event and it was perfect for my exhausted teen to be able so curl up on a comfy sofa with a blanket and watch the sheep in the field. There is a really nice outdoor area with chairs so you can watch the birds and sunset in absolute quiet. Really comfy big beds, bath, excellent shower, and just all round wonderful. Huge thanks to Jonathan. We will be visiting again as soon as we can.

Beautiful property in a stunning location. Melanie was very attentive, greeted us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and really exceptional that all bedrooms have en-suites. Lovely touch with the fresh eggs, milk & bread. Local pubs within walking distance that serve good food. Would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we will return next year

More than just an Airbnb — this was an unforgettable experience. The space was exceedingly comfortable, tastefully exuberant, and absolutely full of character. We especially appreciated the quirky quality of the furnishings, which made the place feel unique and thoughtfully curated. The accommodation was outstanding: super clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt intentional, and it all came together beautifully. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended — we'd return in a heartbeat!

Absolutely stunning place, decorated beautifully. The hot tub was great as was the bbq area! Sauna also looked great but we didn’t get to use that as we ran out of time. Raffaele was also really accommodating and responding really quickly to any messages. We came for my fiances 30th birthday weekend and it was just perfect, highly recommend!
