Chic Guest Suite Across From Park

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in a mid-century modern bungalow overlooking a large park in Regina. The suite is located on the main floor of the house, there is one step down in to the suite. The accommodation features: A 350 square foot private suite with its own bathroom and discreet entrance. A very comfortable queen size bed. A leather chesterfield which folds out for a second, very comfortable queen size bed. The suite's private bathroom (compact but very cute) has a shower, sink and loo, lots of plush towels, toiletries, hairdryer. The "kitchenette" area is located next to the suite's garden doors overlooking the rear deck. It features a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Ideal for light snacks. (not suitable for actual cooking). Dishes and cutlery, cork screws, bottle openers, etc are provided. The suite is stocked with a selection of teas, fresh ground coffee and bottled water. Suite has a brick fireplace (with electric fireplace insert). Chest of drawers and open closet for organizing clothes. Full-length mirror. WiFi Internet. Flatpanel HDTV. Quality towels & bed linens, extra blankets and pillows are provided. Iron and ironing board For longer stays we can make arrangements for laundry. We are located across from Kinsmen Park South and are next to the Storm Channel Walkway system, so there are lots of options if you wish to go out for a stroll. Groceries can be obtained from our local family-run grocery, 'Lakeview Fine Foods' (we love them) which is across the park on Hill Avenue. Good Life Fitness (Golden Mile Shopping Ctr) and Evolution Fitness ( Pasqua and Lakeview) are both conveniently located a few blocks away, a quick easy walk or short drive. Beautiful Four Bedroom Lakefront Cottage Echo Lake

Have fun with the whole family at this lakefront cabin and enjoy everything the lake has to offer. Spectacular sunsets, close to town and the golf course, while also being tucked away on a very quiet dead end street. Enjoy the hot tub, beautiful kitchen and massive wrap around deck. The cottage sleeps 14. Room 1 is on the main floor has a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and Bedroom 4 is the bunk room with 4 queen beds. Gina has provided a beautiful lake house that was perfect for our family celebration. Everything was there we needed and more. Very relaxing and beautiful views having morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful. Cooking in the beautiful kitchen was made easy with all that was provided. Our family had the best time and looking forward returning next year. I highly recommend staying here and Gina was very helpful when I had inquiries prior to our arrival and made the entire process seamless.

This was our second stay in this condo. Slightly less appealing than our October stay but easy fixes. Kitchen utensils were not plentiful. No can opener, potato masher, cork screw or sharp knives. Floors were a bit dusty but perhaps it had been empty for a while. It was sad to see some wear and scratches on the beautiful laminate, likely from previous guests. This condo is quiet and in a great location in east Regina. Both of us have mobility issues and really appreciated the walk in shower, firm but comfortable sofa and beds plus higher end kitchen chairs. End tables would be a great addition. The lights over the table and bathroom were extremely dim. Likely an easy fix with higher watt bulb replacement. Not a reflection on the condo but main entry doors to the building are very heavy and difficult to open. Front entrance, elevator and hallways were kept exceptionally clean. We did not go to the pool or hot tub this time. This is our go to condo every time we travel to Regina.

The cottage is beautifully maintained, with a stunning deck that faces the lake — truly the highlight of the entire property. It comfortably accommodates at least 4 adults and 3 children. The fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils made our stay even more convenient. The interior strikes a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. Every corner of the space offers tranquility — whether it’s the indoor seating area with lake views, the peaceful deck, or the easily accessible dock. The dock itself feels like a sanctuary of peace. It's a secluded and serene escape in this charming town. While we didn’t try fishing or boating, there is a boat ramp, and we saw neighbors catching fish right from the dock — a great perk for those with the gear and skills.

This suite is so lovely! It’s an ideal place to rest after a long drive on the TransCanada Highway. The suite is charming, spacious, very clean and is on the second floor of a barn. There are large windows throughout the space with great views of the natural landscape on the property. It has a comfortable bed with soft bedding and towels. Very charming bathroom and shower. We would be happy to stay here again.
