Newly built in 2023, this 2 suite property is conveniently located off of Highway 2, in Ackerman Valley, Devils Lake. This property has a 20’ by 30’ heated garage, two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping capacity is seven (7) persons, exceptions could be accepted with owners permission. Suite 1 and Suite 2 can be joined together by opening a 12’ by 10’ overhead door so a larger group can all be together. Check out the Suite 2 listing also on Airbnb for availability.

3 bdrm, 2 full baths. 42’x20’ Garage, will fit a boat & truck or 2 vehicles (one behind the other). Ample space for outdoor parking. New kitchen w/butcher block counters. Big yard, firepit, hangout spot in the garage. No fish/game cleaning inside. There’s a big countertop in the garage for that. (No one wants to stay in a fishy smelling house).
