Townhome holiday rentals in Fort Myers

Wonderful condo! Right on the beach and next to the pool area. Great sunsets! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the screened in balcony. Kim as very easy to communicate with.

I literally booked this airbnb 3 hours before arriving. Tina was flexible with check in time. When we arrived, place was just as described on the listing. We only booked for one night, so it was perfect. We also brought our bernedoodle. Price for the listing was well worth it, especially bringing a pup. When we left, I forgot my pups water bowl. Tina offered to mail it to me, however I was right in Sanibel so I just drove back to pick it up. Will def be back next time with my two kiddos !

The location is everything! The private beach access with a walkway and shell washing station was a great touch. The beach was quiet and not busy at all. Jim was great with his communication and he offered us excellent recommendations. When we arrived we noticed the beach umbrella was broken and within an hour of letting Jim know, there were three beach umbrellas delivered to us! We will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location, very clean, comfortable, and right on the beach! It is a perfect place for a family vacation. We will be coming back for sure!

This comfortable and very cheerful condo is a pleasure to rent. The vaulted ceilings make the condo open and airy. Ana Maria is a wonderful host who responds almost instantly to any questions posed over the Airbnb website. The home is well appointed and the beds in all three bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, glasses, serving pieces , pots and pans. It also has many of the small electric appliances you need including a blender and a George Foreman grill. We made use of the screened in porch, and watched the bird and animal life on the lake as we ate breakfast almost every morning. The garage is a bonus, although almost everyone parks on the pads in front of their garages. The community’s heated pools are wonderful, and my wife enjoyed the water aerobics classes. We stayed for 5 days. It was very easy to get there, check-in, check-out. The place was just as it was described and very clean. Everything we needed/wanted was very close by and easy to accesss. Stores, restaurants, the ocean... Great information from the host about the place and the area. Would definitely stay again!

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

Absolutely loved Ron’s place. It was just as described. This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Ron‘s properties. I highly recommend it. It is within walking distance to the restaurants and I was able to ride my bike all over Matlacha. I will be back!

Loved our stay, wish it was longer. Kitchen was very well equipped! Plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking implements and small appliances. All large appliances were clean, spacious and new! The community was very quiet, just what we needed to recharge. Loved that the pool was a short walk from the condo. Jose was proactive , friendly and very responsive and timely with our questions from start to finish! We felt right at home!

Rick's place was easy to book, perfect for my boyfriend and I get to get a weekend getaway to Naples! The location is great, super safe and walkable. Vanderbilt beach is a short 5-8 minute drive and lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighbor we met is very sweet. The space is clean and simple. Bed was comfortable. Roku in the living room and bedroom. We loved it! Thank you Rick!

We loved staying at this beautiful, and well appointed townhouse. Everything was just as described, and super clean. It is very conveniently located with Publix just a mile away, and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The only downside to our visit was getting to and from the beaches, as the roads are very congested. The beaches are wonderful though, so worth the traffic. We would definitely book with Pamela again, as she was very friendly and helpful. How this helps in your decision making.

We had a relaxing stay at the house! It was nice to have a private pool without the crowds. It was extremely clean, the house was nice and cozy located within a few minutes from the beach.

Beautiful place, Rick was very responsive and always checked in to see how everything was going. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Sidney is a very responsive Landlord. The House is well kept, looks like newly renovated, and the interior is kept very tasteful. For us also important to see that beds and mattresses were newly as well. It is in a quiet little community and very close by to shops and supermarkets. Also the community pool is great and the large pool is heated. The house has everything you need like Beach Chairs and Towels, Bikes, a Garage and Washer / Dryer. We would go or come back at anytime. Highly recommended !

We enjoyed our stay! The location was toward the front of Bonita Bay so easy in and out of the neighborhood. Convenient to be across from the club amenities if you are able to access through a member (we have family who live in Bonita Bay who are members). Liked that the condo was on the first floor. Enjoyed reading and drinking coffee on the lanai in the morning. Debbie was very responsive and helpful.

Our second time staying at and air bnb and this was a pretty cool apartment. We needed an extra room since we had family come over to watch our baby while we attended a wedding and they were very comfortable too. Lots of neat and helpful extras like games (even a tabletop Pacman), toiletries, coffee. Theresa was gracious enough to lend me her blender when the one in the apartment didn't work and I was in the middle of cooking. Would definitely stay here again.

Aaron and Meggan at Beach Please somehow made the trip to NCI with 3 kids easy. Meggan communicated early and often to make sure we packed necessities and then left the rest at home because they really have it all waiting for you there. The kids could paddle board right from the unit and ran into manatees each time. Watching the sunrise each morning from the porch was a highlight. Access to both pools on the island was unique to this rental and a huge bonus for our kids. We had a great trip and can’t wait to return!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casita Salida Del Sol very much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful as well. We had everything we needed to feel right at home in the townhouse. It is located right next to the marina which was convenient, and fun to watch the ferry come and go throughout the day. The deck faces the east which is perfect for watching the sunrise. We saw dolphins from the deck one day. We enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, sand toys, and of course used the golf cart daily. We hated to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Cindy is the perfect, gracious host - thoughtful, friendly and responsive. Her place is beautiful and well kept, with all the amenities we could want. The pool is pristine. We were also thankful for the beach chairs and beach towels. We didn’t have a chance to use the bicycles -I wish we’d had more time to enjoy this lovely place and the stunning turquoise gulf waters. Thank you, Cindy, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Had a great stay! Marc's place was exactly as described, warm, welcoming, and pet friendly 😀. It was an easy drive to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel. Would love to stay there again!

My family had the privilege of staying here 12/15-1/15/24. The place felt recently updated and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities, bedrooms were spacious for a family of four, although my one teenager loved the Murphy bed. Family made a lot of memories at the kitchen/dining table playing games! We look forward to hopefully getting back next year.
