Holiday rentals with breakfast in Fort Myers

This condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and close to the pool. Close to Bailey’s and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner while making reservations, during our stay and after checking out. I will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time spending spending 1 week at this property. This listing is poorly done as it needs more photos to truly highlight how nice it is. There is a proper true 3rd bedroom with large bed that is not at all pictured. There is a 4th full size room that has a pullout couch and closing French doors. The pool and hot tub heaters worked great, AC was strong and kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. WiFi was also super fast - we were all working remote and streaming with no issues. The only note is that there is a piercing alarm tied to having any of the back doors open for more then a few seconds. We had to have the property manager come and disable the alarm so that we could open and enjoy the massive sliding doors across the back of the house. This alarm makes sense if you have small children but if you don’t then ask them in advance to have it disabled. Highly recommend this home!

This home is beautiful and was extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you need. We used the grill quite a bit and it was a really nice, clean grill. Washer and dryer looked new and so did the huge sectional couch in the living room. We really appreciated the colorful towels instead of the dingy white "hotel" towels you find in most Airbnb's. The beds were very comfortable and rooms had nice size closets. The master bedroom could use a dresser as there wasn't anywhere to set anything or put your clothes in drawers. Outside is a big lanai that you go right from the home into. The pool was great! It was so warm while we were there we only turned on the pool heater a couple of times. Backyard is very private with a tall privacy fence enclosing the entire yard. My Labrador Retriever loved it! The Peloton bike in the garage was a bonus for my friend who used it almost everyday! Neighborhood very nice and quiet. Close to groceries, Walmart, shopping and tons of restaurants. Great place!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The home was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The home set up was perfect for us. Open and easy to cook and have family time. The place is simply beautiful and you can tell a lot of care goes into the upkeep. It had everything there you could want. Even things we didn’t think we needed it had and we were able to use. We are planning our next stay there next year already. Our favorite parts were walking the neighborhood, watching movies at night on the comfortable sectional, morning coffee on the doc, finishing and swimming in the middle of the day. We cooked the majority of the time we were there and the kitchen has EVERYTHING. This made our stay so much easier than a hotel and made us feel like we have a real vacation. Check out procedures are so simple and easy. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Such a beautiful home, great quiet area and spacious enough to fit 4 teenage soccer players. It's exactly how it's described and then some. I would definitely book again.

Jesse was a very nice host. We noticed that there was no grill and let him know and he brought one over the next day. The stove went out and he brought us a table top cooker until the next day when the gas company came out to turn the gas back on. Jesse always stressed if you need anything call.

Stella was so friendly and she could teach a class on how to host an air bnb. She had drinks and snacks for us plus everything that you would need in the bathroom area..even nail polish remover. I had a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Check in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and easy throughout. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful . Marlene was such an amazing host every thing you need is there honestly will 100% recommend staying here

Very nice little place to stay. Perfect for me and my pup. The fenced in yard was great!! Very clean and orderly. The bed was comfy and had all the listed amenities. It was cool at night 65 degrees or less so the temp was fine in the stay but there is no temperature control in the apartment. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom but no AC or heat control. Just be aware of this if you book but I was never uncomfortable. The area was very peaceful in a neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

Jeanne’s place was a wonderful place to relax at the end of our vacation. The bedroom/bathroom was very private. It was a great mix of privacy and social all together. The pool was amazing and also private if we wanted! They had excellent restaurant recommendations and we would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was adorable, bathroom was clean- loved the rain fall shower head! Breakfast was out the next morning by the time we asked and it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, in walking distance Publix. Would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone staying in the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

Diane's hospitality is an 11 out of 10... don't pass up on breakfast and just sit an enjoy the company, the birds, and the view! We were only in the area for a one-night stay but were able to enjoy two local restaurants and grab a coffee from a local coffee shop before heading to our next destination. Our next visit to Matlacha will be a longer stay!

This was a really nice place to stay. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Fresh made bread and home made cereal were delicious!!! I will definitely be returning to stay another weekend…

We were so please with our stay at the Hibiscus House-Turtle Room. Very quaint and walkable to do many things. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Myers ! 🥰
