One of my favorite AirBNB stays ever! Very clean, quiet neighborhood, fantastic pool, and just a short walk to many bars & restaurants. I will be staying here again next time I'm in the area!

I had a great stay at the condo. The location is great, easy walk to the beach to watch sunsets and don't worry about driving and parking. I loved the decor and panoramic windows. Overall, the condo is very spacious, updated and parking is ample. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back to Naples area.

This was a great place for our week in Fort Myers Beach. The condo was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach was great. Sarah checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The binder with local recommendations was great as well. I highly recommend this condo and renting with Sarah!

Such a wonderful place to stay on Fort Myers Beach! Absolutely beautiful, updated, clean and nice. Slept 5 comfortably. Tenant was very responsive, flexible, and kind! Would highly recommend a stay here.

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick couples getaway, just close enough to the beaches and other inland restaurants. My expectations are high with cleanliness and this place surpassed them. It had just enough space to exist for a few days and everything you’d need to have a flexible stay. All amenities were high quality. We will be booking again. The directions / expectations were also very detailed! Hidden gem!!!!

Literally steps from Vanderbilt Beach and Delmore Wiggins State Park. The studio condo was clean and just as described here n the listing. David is a responsive host. I'm from out of state and decided not to rent a car. Just be advised that you'll need to use Ubers to get to shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. Wonderful first visit to Naples.

My very first Airbnb and I'm sure it will set the standard for any future ones that I use. Super convenient location, plenty of parking, right on the canal so you see the dolphins and the manatees at any given point. I met Lori in person and she helped me with everything that I needed and was super kind. I spent a week kayaking the island and there are so many places to go that you don't have to leave the island once you get there.

We loved our stay! The air bnb was as pictured and very clean! The area is very safe and quiet! There is never any commotion or disturbances! We felt very safer here. Despite the town still recovering from the hurricane, there is plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance! The beach was also exceptional. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

Small, but gorgeous property, amazing views, good part of town. Love the easy checkout, which was simply "lock the doors, we will take care of the rest". Highly recommended property!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for easy access to the beach. Hailey had chairs and umbrellas for us to use which allowed us to spend most of our days relaxing on the beach. The only negative about Bonita is how small it is. We unfortunately didn’t have a car so getting to restaurants was an expensive uber (not hosts fault), highly recommend having a way to get around. Overall a great place to stay!

mercedes was very gracious—i butt dialed accidentally upon arrival, and she came out to make sure i was set, helped me get inside&was very friendly. the yard is very well-kept, there’s beautiful flowers, and the pool was an excellent touch. the pool space is shared with the house, but i felt comfortable using it and interactions with both hosts were lovely, and minimal. it feels private & like your own! free vacuums in shopping center next door!!! things i search for in reviews: -wifi works seamlessly -close to good restaurants and shops (you have to drive, it’s florida suburbs) -space feels private -everything is clean -the bed was comfortable/good for my back -hour drive to naples -20ish min to ft myers was in cape coral for a sales trip. i had to haul things in and out of the place with no issues about noise, even at 1am/later. a very great stay & awesome hosts. i hope this place is available next time i visit!

The unit appeared newly renovated and beautifully done. The kitchen worked really well with new appliances and dishes. The shower was excellent. The shared pool was very clean and refreshing. I really enjoyed the location, which was close to great seafood restaurants and the beach. It was a nice starting point for a gorgeous drive up to Fort Myers beach. I had a great time and appreciated the effort that went into making this unit a fun place to stay.

The neighborhood is very quiet. Check in & out was very easy. It was perfect for the 2 of us. I'd definitely stay there again. I had a couple questions & got a response right away. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Pedro was a fantastic host! The condo was immaculate. Very clean and stylish. Nice view of the lake as well. We really enjoyed having a glass of wine on the lanai and watching the sunset.

Margarita’s place was very nice. The area is safe and location is great for Vanderbilt beach. Nice neighborhood! Communication with Margarita was easy. Thank you for the stay!

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The area around the pool and grounds are beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lounge chairs to unwind. Kathleen was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had complete privacy while attached to the main house. We ate all of our meals out, but there is a kitchenette with a small fridge and air fryer/toaster oven. The location was also great and close to Publix and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Our stay at Josh’s place was amazing. He literally has all the amenities you can think of. It’s like being at home but with great weather. I would definitely stay there again
