The stay was awesome, The place was perfect, The host - too good!! Anyone who wants to stay in Kochi and move around in the city, this place in Kakkanad is just ideal and nice for short and long stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The kitchen has all the required utensils for a family that is looking to eat home cooked meals. The bathrooms are neat and spotless. One of the best places we as a family have stayed. We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

perfect for upto family of 10. very peaceful! surrounded by water with beautiful sunset. property is not on the water a d access is tricky with larger vehicles. food was 5*. perfect to stay disconnected and spend quality time with family. coins are missing for the games but otherwise enough entertainment space.

A very comfortable and trouble-free stay. A couple of small issues like a leaking tap were taken care of immediately by Mr. Faizal. He is very prompt in responding on AirBNB. The location is great to explore Fort Kochi, the beach area and Jew Town by walk. However, to walk to Fort Kochi area, even though it is only ten minutes walk, you have to go through some not so clean parts.

I felt right at home staying at this property. It was very aesthetic yet functional. The place had all necessary amenities and was located bang in the center of the city. It had access to cool cafes and restaurants. I loved the green cover within and outside the building. Overall it was a very pleasant and a calming stay. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Wonderful stay at Elizabeth‘s apartment. Initially in pictures, the main bedroom looked like it did not have curtains and I had requested darker curtains to be placed so that light does not come in the morning. Elizabeth was very accommodative and had dark curtains installed on the first day itself. Caretaker Harita was also very responsive andmade sure we had everything available. Unfortunately, we did have an incident when we broke one of the kitchen items. Elizabeth was very accommodative and understanding of our mistake. Overall highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, beautiful and well maintained.

Their fully serviced apartment in DH Road was excellent and met all our needs. We highly recommend this property for anyone who is visiting from abroad and wishes to enjoy a home away from home. The flat was comfortable, cosy and clean. Ideally located close to shops and church. Easy for the Uber transportation (Auto Rickshaw & Cars) to find us. Not too far from Kadavanthara Metro station. Arun was a great host; friendly and always very prompt to respond to any queries.

Xavier's place was exactly as it was described. It is a little small for a typical one bedroom apartment. But it is just enough for 2 people. The entire place was very clean. Xavier answered all our queries before booking and also provided us with promptly help and support for our needs while staying. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet clean and affordable place which is close to the city.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this place that truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the lovely balcony, offering a peaceful spot to sit, enjoy a cup of tea, and watch the rain fall – simply blissful! The location couldn't be better. Felt like my vacation house were I would go to just unwind and relax. Everything I needed was nearby and within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Even my morning runs were a delight; the area felt so peaceful, despite being right in the city center. This spot perfectly combines convenience with tranquility. Highly recommend!

Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way. We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. Can’t wait to come back again this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!
