This happy little cottage is nestled amongst large live oaks and in the shadow of Southport's iconic water tower. The home has one bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a twin bed and two chairs. There is a full kitchen and small bathroom. Southport’s beautiful waterfront and parks await.

Southport Salty Patriot-Walk to DT/Pets/Fenced!

Very clean home. Very responsive hosts. Our two dogs were welcome and the completely fenced in backyard was a plus for them. We rode our bikes right from the front door to town and the beautiful waterfront. Very comfy king bed- pillows great! Love the claw foot tube! Great kitchen. Southport loves bike riders and is very dog friendly! Shout out to Burney’s Sweets and More- best croissants ever!!!! There was a city water issue that the hosts were very informative about beforehand and during our stay. We loved our visit!!! Highly recommend this house and hosts!

We always enjoy our stay in Southport It’s a great little town. The condo is the perfect location. It is walkable to the Yacht Basin and even downtown. The condo was very clean and had everything you need to cook or take a trip to the beach. The covered parking makes it nice when packing or unpacking the car. We really enjoyed our stay.

We love Southport and Rena’s home is right in the heart of the charming, historic downtown. A couple of blocks to the waterfront and restaurants and anything else that Southport has to offer. Rena was an ideal host and offered suggestions of things to do, a lovely welcome note, and a welcome basket that made us feel at home. Her home is every bit as charming as the pictures and captures the feel and vibe of Southport perfectly. Rena provided many little touches, including a wide choice of coffee and tea for our mornings sitting in the sunroom that made our stay pitch perfect.
