We had a lot of fun during our stay—the place was so beautiful and truly matched the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated having lots of towels provided. Would gladly stay here again!

This was my second time staying in this place, and it truly feels like home. The place is peaceful, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. I got to celebrate my birthday with family here and we had such a great time. Great value and a lovely space — will definitely be back!

10 friends and I stayed here for the weekend and we had a blast. The house was warm and inviting, and the caretaker, Ate Jennelyn, was always very helpful. Love that it was also pet-friendly so we were able to bring our dog, Dobby, who enjoyed walking around the area. Overall, we had a famtastic time and had fantastic memories thanks to Tipolo House. 🥰 Will come back again!

Amazing place to be with family. Felt like home away from home. Just so unfortunate that we were not able to enjoy the pool and karaoke due to the preparation of my brother’s wedding. The only thing that maybe they can enhance is if they have a shuttle or van available to be use when going to groceries etc. Kinda hard to get a grab since it is a residential area. Other than that its nothing but an amazing experience. Would definitely book and recommend

I used to live in Taytay, Rizal. I had some things to do this trip, so I looked for a suitable place that is near my old family home and also give us some much needed relaxation. The ad was very attractive as it had a pool, a kitchen, and a big bedroom, and it was a few minutes drive to my old place. When we got there, the host’s sister, AG, was present to welcome us. We quickly settled in. The room’s air conditioning made it very comfortable for sleep. The bedroom had bed-space enough for 8 persons. The bed we used was adequate for my husband and myself. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. There was a water dispenser which is very much appreciated as we always make tea; a big fridge to store our meager supplies; seating area for at least 18 persons there. The pool was clean and we used it as often as we can while there. There was privacy as the place was surrounded by tall trees and a high fence. In all, a very pleasant stay for us.

Definitely worth your money!

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Our family celebrated my father's 80th birthday at Mi Terraza. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there, & even extended our time for a few more hours. Highly recommended place, very peaceful. As for the host, she was very responsive, very accomodating. Thank you for the fast & easy transaction, Ms. Ana. Looking forward to our next staycation. 🙂

We had a good time staying here. We were about 14 people and we were accommodated well. Kuya Ador the caretaker was also very nice and easy to talk to. The place looks good plus we loved the billiards and speaker plus mics that are included. We also used the pool. Really great place. Thank you!

The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

The view, the overall property location and the ever helpful caretakers really made our stay worthwhile. The view was indeed breath taking and relaxing and you have walkable cafes nearby. We encountered some hiccups on our rented van and the caretakers gladly lended a hand to help us which our family really appreciated.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! We loved the spacious, cozy vibe—perfect for Netflix and karaoke. Letting our furbabies swim made it even more special. I’ve stayed in this property 6 times now as I attend business in Greater Manila. Beautiful villa with all you could need for a stay Really clean, comfortable and modern. Claudine manages all your name as housekeeper. Michiel and Rizza who own the property are incredible helpful and responsive. Really safe and secure location. Close to all key motorways for easy access to all major local cities. Could not recommend more highly.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the place with everything it had to offer. It was exactly as the photos showed and we were shocked at how well-maintained the place was. We were able to play boardgames and just the arcade which was extremely fun. At night we were able to also use the kitchen supplies and they all worked perfectly. We had the best time!

Me and my friends definitely had a great time staying here. Although we find it quite expensive for to be honest as the place needs some fixing like the water pressure was too weak; and the aircon pressure on one room was really poor even it’s on its lowest temperature. But overall, we had fun, location is awesome, and near to a lot of establishments like groceries, cafe, hospital, etc. Thanks!

Our stay was absolutely perfect for my birthday celebration with friends! The caretaker was incredibly helpful, always there when we needed anything. The host was fantastic to communicate with, so accommodating and easy to talk to, and quick to respond to all our questions. The place itself is truly beautiful. It was so stunning, we comfortably accommodated ten of us sleeping, and it felt grand enough for twelve! We all made sure to be extra careful, leaving the house just as we found it. We truly didn't want to leave a single speck of dirt in such a lovely home. This place comes highly recommended for any group looking for a beautiful and well-managed getaway!
