We enjoyed the peaceful quiet location. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Our two pets were welcomed and had a great place to stretch their legs. We were very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

I stayed at this delightful studio cottage in Greensboro for a wedding this past weekend, and it was an absolute gem! The space was cozy, impeccably clean, and filled with unique, vibrant artwork that gave it so much character. Beautiful location and space.

I want to say, I absolutely love this little apartment. It was handicap friendly, and also so cute. Everything down to the decor was perfectly placed. It was very quiet and secluded but very easy to find.The location was very close to some great spots to eat. We had a wonderful time at this little place and definitely will come back.

We enjoyed another great stay at Diane’s place! It is so peaceful and relaxing! The space is beautifully decorated, white glove clean and every detail attended to! We felt very safe and would love to return for another stay! Diane is a great host!

**Highly recommend!** Instead of a typical beach weekend, I was looking for a swim-and-sun getaway—and I lucked out. The guesthouse was perfect, the pool was refreshing, and there was plenty of room to play fetch with my dog. Jim, the host was welcoming, communication was smooth, and the thoughtful touches—like cozy bathrobes—made the stay feel extra comfortable.

The space was exactly as it was shown in the listing and was perfect for our overnight stay. It was adjacent to the main home but felt very private.

Our son had a basketball tournament in the area. This house/cabin was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed! Nice to have space and 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed a small fire in the evening. We’d definitely stay again!

This unit is very clean! It was so nice to have a unit that matched the pictures. We had everything we needed for our over night stay in the area. We would stay here again if in the area without question!

Older home in a nice neighborhood but it has been fixed up and the house was nice and clean. Beautiful yard with all the trees and Dennis was always very responsive

LOVE this place, everything was up to par. Definitely would be the 1st option whenever I'm in Greensboro! I'm really big on cleanliness, and they didnt miss (inside and outside). The Guesthouse is beautiful, very spacious & cozy, felt like I was home. Nice outside sitting area, with great scenery! Ms. Kattya was very helpful, and accommodating. Literally EVERYTHING you will need is in the house. Also loved the details in the decor, this place is definitely a gem! Thanks for a great stay 🤗

Madison’s place was great. It was cute and quiet. Easy to check in and find. Even though it was right near downtown it felt safe. The parking was pretty limited at night but if you find a spot, you can walk to plenty of places. Madison was also very responsive to any questions I had during our stay. We had a great time and definitely recommend a stay here!

I was in Greensboro with my dogs on a business trip. First - my lodging fell through and I was able to book Dan's place at the very last minute. He was quite welcoming even so and I was very appreciative! The place is very easy to find, and easy to enter - Dan is a proactive and responsive communicator. Again - I got in around midnight, so I was thrilled it was so easy. The apartment is above his garage and is a beautiful one bedroom, well decorated, clean, well-stocked. The dogs and I were very comfortable there. There is a huge fenced in backyard and a little park up the street as well. Lots of neighborhood dogs and their people to meet along the way. I would highly recommend and I hope to book again when I'm back in the area!

I stayed one night at Peggy’s place during a business trip to Salisbury and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very quiet — I got a great night’s sleep thanks to the dark, peaceful bedroom. Peggy and Brandon were on the property when I arrived and were super friendly. I was also able to bring my dog, and Peggy was kind enough to allow a late checkout for a small fee so I could leave her in the apartment during my meeting. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area.

We stayed at Greg and Tammy’s place while in town for our daughter’s graduation from Wake Forest. It was the perfect place to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the graduation activities. We fished in the pond, swam in the pool, walked through the garden, and visited the animals in the barn. Greg brought us fresh eggs and fresh broccoli, both of which were delicious. Honestly one of the best AirBNB experiences we have ever had. I give it five stars because it won’t allow me to give it 6. If we are back in town, we will definitely revisit.

I really enjoyed my stay, worth every penny. This is a safe location, in a really quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The air bnb had everything I needed for a month stay. Lindsay was very friendly and responsive , which is very appreciated. Only thing I would mention is the neighbor has a larger dog whose area can see into the yard of the air bnb.. I do have a dog that is rather reactive so we walked around the neighborhood when she needed to go outside. The owners do put the dog back in the house if he barks too much.

Our experience at Southern C’s Farm started 3 weeks before we arrived. That was how much time we had to plan a wedding! Short engagement! When I reached out to Jenny, she was quick to respond and furthermore, she was able to provide such great guidance and advice. And when I had any questions or felt my stress level rising, Jenny is the one who gave me a sense of peace that once we got there, it would all come together. And it did! During our event, she was there to reassure me and to provide solutions for any little hiccup that came up! And we did have some! I can’t thank Jenny enough for being such a wonderful and resourceful host! She is a doer! The property, I can’t say enough! It is breathtaking and was the perfect place for our family. We felt safe was was very comfortable! Very clean. I only wish we could have stayed longer! A huge heartfelt thanks to Jenny and Scott! They are great people. I can’t say enough good. Thank you.

Tina’s place was a 5 star oasis. The place was very clean and peaceful. She had everything that we needed there. We did not have any issues. We would definitely recommend.
