Holiday rentals with beach access in Formigny La Bataille

I loved my stay in Granville. The accommodation in the old town was great. A cozy apartment in old stone. And beautiful sea views. Super quiet environment. Not a sound. And a great apartment. I felt at home quickly. Very comfortable. In conclusion, my weekend was particularly successful thanks to this place.

The apt. was clean, and well equipped. Parking spot right in front is a bonus as is an outdoor seating area and washer/dryer in back. Walking distance to everything. An FYI is you will need to clean, including mopping or pay a $15e fee. Not a problem, just good to know.

The cottage is perfect: Very good welcome. Quiet cottage. Practical. Very well located. Fine-tuned to be good. Etc… My favorites: The PORT 24/24 100 meters from the cottage. A meal at the Chalut! Less than €20 for a simple and complete meal. Fresh fish on the plate; authentic everywhere and out loud. In front of the Auction. The 112 coast! Ring of Caen. Exit 10. Huge battle of tanks & cannons and infantry in 44; the 8 large explanatory panels are worth a good connoisseur's book (!) Rue de Nesmond, in front of Bayeux Cathedral. In the evening: admire the tones of the cathedral and especially the stained glass windows that change color every 5 minutes for 2 hours at sunset. Eating anything but very well placed in front of the building at this time. The old church of Thaon. And its double stream with a hike in the middle!... A Norman tartlet in the Epi du port pastry shop = a killer! ***The viewpoint at the top of Port en Bessin***: climb the Rue du Phare.

Superbly well located accommodation, close to all shops and restaurants but also to the historical sites of the region. It's even more spacious than we thought, and the view of the harbor and beach is exceptional. We are very satisfied with our week-long stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view was amazing and the place had everything we were looking for. The host was very responsive when we needed to reach her. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get away from the city for a few days.

Karine is very kind and warm. She even picked us up from the train station and took us to the bus stop for the onward journey. You can see the sea from almost all parts of the apartment. It is especially nice to watch the sunset from the balcony or even from the bed. In the apartment there is everything you need. We were not bothered by the fact that there is no closet, only dressers. You can even play tennis within the residential complex. We had a great time with many long walks on the beach.

We had a great stay at this property. It is central to all of the beaches for the Normandy landings. The property was nice and clean felt spacious private area nice and quiet.Port Bessin is only a 10 minute drive with lots of restaurants and is a lovely place to walk around.

Very good stay, we enjoyed this accommodation in Port en Bessin where we had access to everything for walking or shopping and this municipality is particularly attractive, beautiful landscape, beautiful walk. All the comforts in the house for our well-being, only happiness. Thank you.

Great location if you are driving and want to visit the Normandy beaches. The house is exceptional and the kitchen facilities are superb. Will definitely be back.

This gem is hidden among the forests. The former cowshed has been converted into a cozy accommodation where everything you need is available. The roses bloomed exuberantly and there was a vase of roses from our own garden inside. At the pond, there is a wonderful terrace where you can see the frogs playing hide and seek among the water lilies.

We traveled with my husband and son so we can visit D-Day monuments. This home is conveniently located by the beach and in a short walking distance from the village center and several bunkers. It’s a lovely home, has everything you need and plenty of space to relax. If you have problem climbing sharp stairs though keep in mind the bedroom is on the upper floor. The very responsive owner says clearly “you are responsible for cleaning the house” so also keep in mind if a previus tenant cleaned it before you come, It might not be the same standards as your cleaning. But anyhow I always sanitize everything on my arrival no matter what. Over all it was a good and comfortable stay and I would come again. Thank you Pascal!!

We had a great weekend at Frédéric's, the apartment is modern, well laid out, well stocked, nothing was missing! And what about the exceptional location with this balcony and its sea view. All this just a stone's throw from the center. Frédéric always responded very quickly and was very accommodating. We were greeted by Michel on arrival who was very welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

Good location in the centre of town close to everything (including Juno Beach Centre). On the third floor so lots of stair climbing. Apartment is small but cute and the sofa bed is very comfortable.

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.

What's the best way to describe feeling like a princess in an Airbnb accommodation?🥰 Built in 1899, Villa La Sapinière is quietly located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Anne had already sent us detailed information about the exact location of the apartment before our arrival. There was also a useful manual in the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, we immediately noticed a very pleasant scent and the hand soap also smelled very good. For our dog, a towel was ready under the stairs in the entrance area, which we appreciated very much, as it had just rained heavily. Orange juice and water were waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment is a beautiful, bright studio with perfectly coordinated, very tasteful furnishings. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bedroom with the carpet was incredibly cozy. The accommodation offered by David is tip top! Calm, breathtaking sea views, sunset from the "veranda terrace", a location 20 minutes from Caen that allows you to enjoy the city, the countryside and the seaside! What else can I say? An available host, and finally, a nice decor that adds charm to this romantic weekend on the beaches of Normandy! You can rent with your eyes closed!
