La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bellezza e la pace che si respira in questa meravigliosa casa immersa nel verde degli oliveti itrani. Il nostro soggiorno è stato impeccabile e ha superato ogni aspettativa. Tutto è curato al dettaglio dall'host Ascanio, persona squisita e sempre disponibile, che ha addirittura redatto una guida ai luoghi e attività di interesse della zona. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e super coccolati, in un ambiente pulito, confortevole ma soprattutto silenzioso. Davvero consigliatissimo!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pernottato a casa di Alex per tre notti, il check-in è stato semplicissimo ma soprattutto autonomono, ciò ci ha consentito di arrivare anche la sera tardi senza limiti di tempo. La casa era pulitissima, in più c'era presente per la colazione tutto ciò di cui potevamo avere bisogno. Zona tranquillissima e parcheggio praticamente di fronte. Alex ha spiegato molto bene come raggiungere la casa, e nonostante si trovi un po' fuori il centro di Isernia, con le sue indicazioni raggiungerla è stato semplice. Da provare se vi trovate ad Isernia

We vonden het een erg mooi huis. Het is met veel liefde en aandacht ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco in de slaapkamers was erg fijn. Buiten op het terras en bij het zwembad kon je heerlijk zitten, met mooi uitzicht op de heuvels. De buitendouche en het zwembad waren ook erg lekker. Raffaele, Floriana en Alessandro waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben genoten.

Eine absolut perfekte Ferienunterkunft. Wir waren absolut begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Die Lage, das Haus und der Gastgeber sind zu 100 % weiter zu empfehlen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der überdachte Parkplatz, welcher auch für größere und sportliche Autos geeignet ist. Vom großen Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Abtei von Monte Cassino. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof befindet sich in der Nähe.

The apartment is in a village that was virtually wiped out during WWII. It has been rebuilt and it is again what I would expect of an Italian village. We loved the atmosphere. We had a drink in the bar below the apartment with a few of the locals and our hosts. Everyone was very friendly.

Simona was extremely helpful, which I appreciated as I was a solo traveler. She even checked prices of a taxi for me. Her apartment is full of heart and character, with a personal touch. I enjoyed the sun terrace at the top. The actual pedestrian road is full of character. Thankyou. 😃

We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Carlo’s and their property highly enough.

Dopo aver soggiornato nell’appartamento della signora Virginia, posso dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero speciale. La signora Virginia è una persona meravigliosa, gentile e accogliente, che ti fa sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. La sua simpatia e il suo calore umano rendono tutto ancora più piacevole. La casa è una vera meraviglia: arredata con gusto, pulita e confortevole, un’oasi di tranquillità e bellezza nel cuore della città. Un soggiorno che sicuramente ricorderò con affetto!

Alloggio pulitissimo e con tutti i confort presenti,Antonello molto gentile e ci ha dato molti consigli su quali attività fare in zona. A 5 soli minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 5 minuti in auto da Gaeta Medievale,posizione strategica. Consigliatissimo!!

Soggiorno piacevole , host e staff gentilissimi e professionali. In uscita abbiamo anche trovato come ringraziamento per averli scelti una bottiglia di vino in omaggio. Forse migliorerei soltanto le velette nella zona pet friendly in spiaggia che purtroppo davano pochissima ombra. Ma nel complesso siamo stati proprio bene. Grazie 💖

Era un bell soggiorno a Gaeta senza complicazioni. Attorno al AirBnB ci sono molti ristoranti e bars perfetti per passare una buona serata dopo un giorno al mare.

Shower was hot. There was a good coffee machine and we slept well. Instructions were clear.

Maria ist eine tolle, aufmerksame Gastgeberin und bietet eine großartige und großzügig bemessene Wohnung an. Die Ausstattung, der herrliche Ausblick auf das Meer und die benachbarte Stadt Gaeta und das gute Frühstück in der Bar Trieste haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die zentrale Lage ist gut - nur hatten wir nicht erwartet, dass die Hauptstraße so laut ist (Ohrenstöpsel für die Nacht sind hilfreich). Aber für den Lärm kann Maria ja nichts. 😉 Für sehr gutes und auch außergewöhnliches Essen empfehlen wir in Formia die Trattoria „Il Tiesto“ und in Gaeta die Zrattoria „La Maccelleria“. Dort hat es uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Donatella è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La casa si trova appena sopra ad Itri, in una zona silenziosa da cui si gode di una bellissima vista, gli ambienti sono curati e puliti. Per la colazione c'era ampia scelta e la torta preparata dalla padrona di casa era davvero ottima. Consigliata per chi vuole godersi in soggiorno di relax in mezzo al verde.

La casa è molto pulita, organizzata ed ha tutto il necessario, si può fare anche colazione, il contesto è molto tranquillo. Luca è stato molto disponibile e gentile, esperienza positiva e consiglio questo host.
