Superdeluxe verblijf ,artistiek ingericht .Zeer ruime vertrekken aan een levendig stadsplein. Hartelijke persoonlijke ontvangst door Giovanna die zeer flexibel was in een paar belangrijke wijzigingen van ons verblijf.

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo alloggio delizioso e, come la prima volta, siamo davvero felici di averlo scelto. Stefano è un host eccellente, cordiale e sempre disponibile, la zona è tranquilla ma punteggiata di tanti bar, ristoranti, supermercati e simili, l’appartamentino è vicinissimo al mare (raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti) e la stazione di Rimini Viserba (anch’essa facilmente raggiungibile a piedi) permette comodi collegamenti con le località circostanti. Questo alloggio è un’ottima opzione anche per chi non è automunito, grazie alla sua eccellente posizione. Il self-check-in è comodissimo e facile da gestire, e Stefano fa sempre del suo meglio per consentire orari di check-in e check-out il più possibile flessibili e comodi per gli ospiti. Consigliatissimo 🥰 P.S.: Al nostro arrivo, Stefano ci ha fatto trovare sia delle bibite in frigo che dei biscotti di benvenuto!

Bei Maria sind wir in einer gemütlichen, zentral gelegenen Ferienwohnung untergekommen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns freundlich empfangen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Für Fragen konnten wir Maria jederzeit kontaktieren. Eine neue Erfahrung für uns war, daß Maria den Gästekühlschrank mit ausreichend Getränke und eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln gefüllt hat. Welche Großzügigkeit! So haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Abgesehen von der Entfernung zwischen unserer Heimat und Dozza: Urlaub bei Maria - immer wieder gerne.

Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Unser erster Urlaub mit unserer Tochter (10 Monate). Die Wohnung war perfekt dafür - mit Babybett und Hochstuhl, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Meer und Restaurants entfernt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Anreise und konnten ganz unkompliziert eine Nacht umbuchen, vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder, bis bald! 😊

Mauro è un host estremamente disponibile e gentile. L' appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. La sacralita del silenzio tutt'intorno invita a godersi momenti di pace e rigenerazione lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia quotidiana. È stato il luogo ideale in cui goderci un weekend a contatto con la natura. Consigliamo vivamente

This place is very comfortable and beautiful. you can feel the atmosphere of Italian historical life there. It's a great location for trips to surrounding towns. Franco was incredibly nice and open to our needs.

Linda, e il suo appartamento, sono la soluzione ideale per chi vuole stare bene a Cesenatico. Linda è una persona gentile, pratica ed estremamente affabile. Ama lo spazio che offre e questo si vede da ogni dettaglio. L’appartamento è perfetto: ultimo piano di una palazzina fronte mare, con balcone su tutto il perimetro. È nuovo, luminosissimo e fornito di tutto. La posizione, anche grazie al traghettino elettrico che attraversa il Porto Canale, è a breve distanza dal centro e dalla spiaggia Levante. Noi eravamo in quattro e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie Linda!

The flat is small but adequate for a couple. We found it exactly as it is described. The single air conditioning unit kept the flat cool in the warm evenings. The quiet and secure location is perfect from which to explore the wonderful historical sites of Ravenna. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the flat. Valentina always responded speedily to any questions that we had and made many great suggestions about food shops, restaurants and local sites. We enjoyed our 4 night stay very much.

The apartment is in the very heart of Novafeltria, so shops, cafés etc. are at walking distance. The church is practically next to the house, which means the ringing of the church bells can be heard inside. The place looks very nice, though, with beautiful, old furniture. Lorenza was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and responsive. She also gave me tips on places to visit in the surrounding area.

Well, what can I say about Dino, a superhost👌super responsive, very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an autostrada payment too. He's a friendly person and so is his beautiful wife who made a torta(cake) for us which was delicious, along with a nice locally made bottle of wine. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the pool was nice and refreshing after a hot day out. The apartment was very comfortable as was the bed. It had everything you needed. Great spot to see all the other beautiful cities around you. We will definitely be going back when we return to Italy 👌❤️

This apartment was perfect for my 5 day Mosaic class in Ravenna. I stayed 7 nights, the location was easy just 7 minute walk down one street from train station. In a great location to get around the old city with grocery options near by. Stefano made the whole experience easy. Initially met me to show the apartment, how to work the TV, stove and where the bike was. The WiFi was reliable. He provided cookies, water, and drinks at arrival. He was flexible to my need to check out 2 hours later. He provided great restaurant options, local brochures and map. The kitchen had just what I needed to use to make simple meals, and heat things up. There was olive oil and salt and pepper. The bed was comfortable, with pillows, and a good shower. The bathroom sink was easy to hand wash. The porch nice to sit and to dry clothes. The apt was recently renovated. The air conditioners worked great in both rooms. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend others to stay there.

Comfortable appartment in Lido di Dante, clean and well equipped. Claudio is a great host, communication was quick and we appreciated being able to check in early. All the kitchen essentials were there. Lido di Dante is a small place, the appartment is a few minutes walk from the beach, which was very quiet at the end of May. Great local restaurant recommended by Claudio and a lovely little cafe near the appartment. Great location to visit Ravenna, but also San Marin and Bologna.

Ludovico Alberto’s apartment was great, it had everything we needed for our break including shampoo and body wash. All the rooms in the apartment were very clean and the beds were very comfortable, the sofa-bed was extremely comfortable according to my friend (apparently the sofa-bed was more comfortable than her bed at home). Being so close to the centre of Cesena this apartment is in a perfect location with bars, supermarkets, banks all close by. I would highly recommend this property (I have already recommended Casa Ludo to my cousin), and I will be booking again.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva! :) Il Signor Stefano molto puntuale e gentile, pronto a fornire chiarimenti rispetto a domande e curiosità sull'alloggio e sui dettagli di regole generali, servizi, check-in e check-out. Appartamento come da foto e di più, la matrimoniale in foto sembra più piccola quando in realtà è molto spaziosa! Tutto pulito e in ordine, letti comodi e zona tranquilla, abbiamo riposato tutti benissimo! :) A due passi dal palacongressi, ottimo come appoggio in questi casi. Tutti gli ospiti soddisfatti dell'esperienza e dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Nient'altro da aggiungere :) alla prossima!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Location perfetta, ottima per essere vicinissimi al mare ma alti come piano per non sentire il caino della strada. Ci tonerò sicuramente.

L’appartamento è molto spazioso, organizzato e pulito, moderno e tecnologico. La struttura mette a disposizione piscina e vasca idromassaggio, il parcheggio è privato e si trova davanti. La cucina è dotata di tutto quello che serve e di un kit di olio/sale e spezie. I bagni sono 3, completi di asciugamani e sapone. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno, sicuramente ci ritorneremo !

Excellent séjour Hospitalité et réactivité au top! Grande flexibilité et compréhension étant donné une panne de véhicule qui ne nous as pas permis de libérer le logement à 10h. Cadre magnifique et prestations fidèles à l'annonce. gentillesse, serviabilité et réactivité de nos hôtes plus qu'appreciables!

Esperienza super positiva. Host veramente gentile e disponibile, pronto anche a dispensare utili consigli. Alloggio pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno a Cervia.
