Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Forestville

Well appointed and private apartment with beautiful surroundings. Great for a couple with everything you could want for a country getaway in Sonoma.

We really enjoyed our several days in Sonoma at this property. The rental was less than a block away from shopping and restaurants, and the town center. It was very well furnished, clean and comfy. The two bedrooms and two baths were both very spacious, perfect for two couples. The living area and kitchen were great, and we appreciated the coffee pods and Keurig. We were in the upstairs unit. Parking was simple in the back, right by the stairs. Of course, we were very close to the Sonoma wineries and Napa was a short and easy drive away. In summary, this rental was excellent and I would recommend it without reservation.

This place is fabulous! Perfect location, right in the center of town with tons of shops, restaurants, etc. within steps of our front door. The unit itself is spectacular - spacious, beautifully designed, elegant... everything we wanted and more! We had 2 minor issues with the AC and hot water in the shower but overall, everything was great. Megan was extremely responsive and even went out of her way to buy a clothing steamer for the unit when I inquired if there was one… she is the best! The welcome bottle of bubbly was a lovely touch, too. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The best place to stay in Sonoma! We felt right at home at Lily’s Loft and can’t wait to return!

Our 3 night stay was amazing - the place was much larger than we were expecting - love the many options of places to sit in the living room, dining room, and even in the kitchen. Location is a perfect if you don’t mind a 15 min walk to the square. Terry gave clear instructions for check in and it was a total breeze. Would stay here again.

The Treehouse was a beautiful spot in a beautiful location. It’s close to lovely shops, the views from the room are gorgeous, and the host is very welcoming and thoughtful. I highly recommend it!

This place was beautiful, quaint, and the perfect getaway for 2! I went with a friend and we absolutely loved it while visiting both Napa and Sonoma. The surroundings are gorgeous and the apartment itself was so comfy and cozy. Eileen was also an amazing host! She always responded quickly and had recs on the ready!

This is a hidden gem in a spectacular part of the wine country. We were able to explore the area and ate in one night, thoroughly enjoying the views. I loved walking around the vineyard in the morning and evening. A definite return stay for us. The hosts could not have been better or more accommodating.

This property is amazing in every way. There’s a view from the ocean from almost every room, beautiful tile work and gorgeous, well appointed bathrooms. A sauna and extra hot hot tub. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house itself is beautiful with private spaces, but also a large living room where everyone can gather around a beautiful tiled potbelly fireplace. It’s a short walk to the beach through a charming neighborhood. The host Rebekah was very communicative and generous, allowed us flexible, check-in and check out. I will 100% be staying here again.

Our stay was great! Check-in was super easy, the house was clean, and it had everything we needed. Cynthia and the other hosts were communicative and clear, and made this easy and smooth for us. We were especially pleased with how comfortable the beds were! If we find ourselves back in Santa Rosa, we would happily stay again.

This home has the most beautiful views and the house is wonderful as well. The furnishings were cozy, clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and wished we could stay longer. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This sweet cozy apartment had everything my husband and I needed while visiting our family in the Santa Rosa area. The kitchen had all the essentials and the bed was super comfy! We hope to be back soon. ~Denise

Definitely highlight of our trip. The place sits on top of a small hill. With the open deck, you got a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Overall, five star place. Place is clean, has all the household supplies we needed. Big kitchen. The dates we visited are very hot. It’s nice there are ACs in each room and you can set the temp per room.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. We had a perfect stay at James and Fawn's place in the redwoods. The beds were comfortable, the heating was cozy, and we loved being surrounded by trees in all the windows and having a deck to eat outside! It was just what us city folks needed to get away -- peace and quiet. Although it is next to a busy road, you cannot hear it inside at all. Plenty of markets, cafes and restaurants nearby. And great hiking!! Thank you for our stay!

Loved having a kitchen and BBQ so we could cook some meals. Convenient location to get to markets, bakeries, and get to scenic locations. Visits to local restaurants, breweries and wineries made it an enjoyable place to stay.

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Eric is a great host. I had multiple logistics to juggle, moving out of my home, schedule changes, etc. I look forward to staying at this spot soon!

Great place, great location, perfect amenities. Used the pool, workout room and quick drives to Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. Perfect for a family of 6!

I loved staying here! There was so many things available to do in the area! Be warned though the welcome desk will try to talk you into going to a timeshare meeting. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Our stay was really nice overall! I highly recommend this listing for anyone with kids. There were multiple pools with with kiddie pools (1 foot deep) and several hot tubs located throughout the resort property. There’s also a restaurant within walking distance. The only issue I had was the layout of the units we stayed in which is that the window to the bedroom with the two twins (where I had planned to have my children sleep) has a big window that faces out into the walkway. Our unit was street facing so anyone could come into the resort. The window locked and honestly the resort felt like it was in a fairly safe area so not a deal breaker, I just think it’s worth noting. Other than that, the unit was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! This is a timeshare so they did ask if I wanted to sit in on a presentation but I didn’t feel pressured at all. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as part of a large family reunion, with family members in various units in this complex. This worked out really well, and management was kind enough to allow us to have a BBQ on the patio near the main entrance building. Very enjoyable stay overall

Perfect location for wine tasting in the Healdsburg area. The 2BR/2BA was perfect. All the beds were comfortable, including the Murphy bed. Spacious and clean. Nice to have a balcony w a BBQ grill. Great to be able to relax after a day of wine tasting before heading into Windsor for dinner . The owners were great & communicated all necessary information. The Wyndham is a timeshare location so just be ready for a sales pitch- if you want to listen or not. There were no issues with not wanting to listen to it if you are clear respectful and professional.
