Perfect accommodation for a stay in the area. Very quiet, it allows you to rest perfectly and enjoy a small garden without overlooking. A wide range of cooking equipment is available, so you don't have to limit your meals. The bedding is of very good quality and the bathroom is very clean and modern. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in the area. In addition, the welcome is very warm. I highly recommend this listing!

The apartment was a 15-minute walk from the train station. Check-in was straightforward thanks to a super helpful video. Everything looked like the pictures. It was a nice to sleep (dark room, very quiet). The bathroom and kitchen were well appointed and brightly lit. Overall, this is an excellent alternative to hotels for a single person or a couple.

Very pleasant accommodation, spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed this little private path: it is so pleasant to have a glass of wine (offered by Jean-Christophe and Mireille) facing the Seine. We will probably come back to visit the castle of Rosa Bonheur which is only a few minutes away.

Beautiful place, everything we needed was there and the hosts were very kind. Wifi works well for those working during the stay.

Hosts of excellence: My wife had an accident in the woods and since we don't speak French, we had a hard time communicating with the hospital. Olivier and Sophie helped with communication and went well beyond what to expect from their hosts. What the kitchen is missing in size, the two have in heart and kindness. Many thanks.

Maxime's accommodation is very well located and very pleasant for a family. The apartment is very comfy and comfy There is a lot of equipment for small games for young and old and lots of very nice little touches. Pauline gave us a lot of great info and is very responsive if needed, in short we feel really welcome. Everyone was delighted and had a great stay.

The trip to Fontainebleau was very good. ☀️ The Airbnb was consistent with the photos, comfortable and pleasant to live in. A real little cocoon. We felt good there. Only small downside: the bathroom door, which, when you come with friends, does not give us as much privacy. Not to mention that, the decor is very warm, the bed is unparalleled in comfort and the small kitchen is practical for use. Thank you very much for your quick response and accessibility despite some minor technical issues on our part at the start. I would highly recommend this apartment!

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Splendid setting, relaxing, a haven of peace with its beautifully maintained and very quiet garden. A place that keeps all its promises, rooms with beautiful volumes, all with a beautiful decor. A very good welcome from Sandrine. I recommend it.

The apartment is very nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Despite the high temperatures, the apartment has remained cool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Very good stay at Anne's, accommodation in line with the photos, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a quiet moment, the breakfasts are very good and hearty.

Beautiful apartment for relaxing moments as a couple. The apartment was clearly designed for this purpose and it's a success. It is easy to access by car. Soria was clear and precise in all her instructions.
