Perfect accommodation for a stay in the area. Very quiet, it allows you to rest perfectly and enjoy a small garden without overlooking. A wide range of cooking equipment is available, so you don't have to limit your meals. The bedding is of very good quality and the bathroom is very clean and modern. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in the area. In addition, the welcome is very warm. I highly recommend this listing!

The apartment is very nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Despite the high temperatures, the apartment has remained cool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Very well located apartment, a short walk to the train station, which is ideal for a stay without a car. We quickly access the forest for beautiful walks. Accommodation is as described, clean and pleasant. Responsive and welcoming host. Recommended for a weekend getaway in Fontainebleau

Very pleasant accommodation, spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed this little private path: it is so pleasant to have a glass of wine (offered by Jean-Christophe and Mireille) facing the Seine. We will probably come back to visit the castle of Rosa Bonheur which is only a few minutes away.

We were pleasantly surprised by the calmness of the place and the coolness of the house. Everything is provided in the smallest detail: from coffee, to sponge, to packaging, to laundry, dishwasher tablets, to jam and sauce in the fridge. A picnic table and a gas barbecue are present... As well as beautiful greenery. A spontaneous and very friendly contact. More than a rare pearl!!! A magnificent find! I highly RECOMMEND it.

Maxime's accommodation is very well located and very pleasant for a family. The apartment is very comfy and comfy There is a lot of equipment for small games for young and old and lots of very nice little touches. Pauline gave us a lot of great info and is very responsive if needed, in short we feel really welcome. Everyone was delighted and had a great stay.

I enjoyed my stay as the house was easy to access. The flat itself is very modern with essential installations that made my stay enjoyable. Overall an excellent value for money except for the periodic smoke coming from the iltalian restaurant downstairs.

The trip to Fontainebleau was very good. ☀️ The Airbnb was consistent with the photos, comfortable and pleasant to live in. A real little cocoon. We felt good there. Only small downside: the bathroom door, which, when you come with friends, does not give us as much privacy. Not to mention that, the decor is very warm, the bed is unparalleled in comfort and the small kitchen is practical for use. Thank you very much for your quick response and accessibility despite some minor technical issues on our part at the start. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great long weekend in Jean's apartment. Jean is a very friendly, proactive host and communication was perfect. The apartment is impeccably clean and arranged with a lot of taste. It is in a small, very quiet and relaxing village - exactly what we were looking for. However, if needed, a bakery, a convenience store and a restaurant are within walking distance! We really appreciated Jean's flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Thank you for everything!

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Beautiful apartment for relaxing moments as a couple. The apartment was clearly designed for this purpose and it's a success. It is easy to access by car. Soria was clear and precise in all her instructions.
