Cosy 2 bedroom Dales cottage

DeborahRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our week at this cottage will hand on heart be a very special memory for us. Absolutely idyllic, we've loved it from start to finish and would recommend in a heart beat. Fantastic central for loads of great adventures, and beautiful alone to just stay and potter. We feel so very relaxed and recharged and also extremely honoured to have been given the privilege. Trust me, you'll love it.

Rural Shepherd's Hut In Yorkshire With Log Burner

MarkRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Thoroughly enjoyed a short stay in one of Emma's shepherds huts. It was beautifully finished and fully equipped for all we needed during our short stay. The attention to detail and unexpected additions including fresh milk, cake and a bottle of fizz as it was our anniversary. Even our dog was treated to bedding and a bag of treats. The location was beautiful with amazing views. Emma was lovely and we'd highly recommend staying at her Airbnb.

The Barn at Eldroth House - 4 miles from Settle

SianRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Barn was in a beautiful setting and was immaculate inside. The kitchen was one of the better equipped ones we’ve stayed in and the bathroom had an amazing bath for warming up after wet walks and a huge shower. The bed was also huge and incredibly comfortable. Although the weather was too hit and miss for us to make use of the outside space, we loved having the log burner on in the lounge each evening and it made the whole barn very warm and cosy very quickly. We met all of the family who own it and they were all incredibly friendly and welcoming! The location is just a short drive away from lots of different walks/activities/places to eat. We highly recommend The Barn and would love to come back again (hopefully in better weather next time!!)

72 The Square Waddington

Really lovely cottage in a fantastic village with great walks. Really appreciated the jams, milk, bread and prosecco left for us as well. Heating system worked really well too, can tell the cottage must be really cosy in the winter. Only small piece of feedback is there was no general bin, only a food bin and we had to tie a bin liner we found to a door to create a makeshift one. Would definitely stay again!

Dales Panorama - stunning views

kerryRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Beautiful cottage with stunning views. Such a peaceful location, the only noise is birdsong, and sheep baaing which was lovely to hear. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. My husband and I are both 70 and fell walks are not for us (too strenuous) so we found Foulridge reservoir and Letcliffe Park which were both more gentle and easier to walk. (both free parking) We also went Greenberfield Lock where we walked along the canal and then have a coffee at the Lock Stop Cafe (free parking). Freddie their dog is an absolute darling but sadly our little dog Lia wouldn't take to him. (Maybe she was jealous of the attention I gave him because he is so lovable!) Thank you Victoria and Ian.
