great apartment and location

The apartment was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, about a 30-minute walk from the city center, which I actually enjoyed. Getting in was super easy, and Pascal was always quick to reply and very helpful. Extremely large loft, great views from the top floor and nobody can see into your apartment. Two balconies/terraces makes it even more great. Very bright apartment, lots of sun the whole day. Very quiet at night, good sleep is guaranteed. There is a private underground car parking lot belongs to the flat. Building with elevator which goes almost directly to the apartment. Laurent is a great host, always available and helpful. Speaks fluent English. He helped us to open the door when we forgot keys inside and it happened very fast despite it was evening. Overall great experience.

We spent 3 nights in Maria's apartment and we felt comfortable. The bus station to get to the city center is a 2-minute walk away. The area is perfect for relaxing from the stress and noise of the city center. There are several shopping facilities nearby. The apartment is large with high ceilings. The neighbors are very friendly. The balcony is large and you can watch the many different birds on the beautiful, large trees while drinking coffee. A really nice area, very green and clean. The beds were comfortable, we slept well and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Maria was always available and friendly. Check-in was straightforward. We definitely recommend the apartment.

Perfect location! Han's place was just as described within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Brussels. Communication was superb, checkin easy, kitchen had all the essentials and it was clean. Perfect place for the perfect stay in Brussels!

We had a nice stay in this apartment. The apartment is very well equipped, there is everything you need. It is clean, smells good and exactly as described. The host is very friendly, responded very quickly and sent photos of the apartment in advance, along with clear instructions on how to enter, which of course was very useful and helpful. We had a great relaxing evening between girls in this very cozy apartment. The decoration is neat, everything is clean and in accordance with the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. A big thank you to Alice, a lovely and very responsive host. We highly recommend!

Sonia and Angélique are very welcoming and friendly! The stay went very well! Everyone has their own private space which is very good. i highly recommend it!

It was a beautiful building, which was equipped with all comforts. Everything was clean, which was the most important thing for us. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Our group had a really nice time at Alexandra’s. The home was clean and beautifully furnished, and the beds extremely comfortable. The location was great, easy commute to the city center but far enough away for a quiet and peaceful evening. The overall layout felt a little odd to us, no toilet on the main floor which meant a trip up or down the stairs multiple times. Also each bedroom was on its own floor which in theory provides great privacy but with young children it turns into a middle of the night work out. We would recommend the home to families or groups that do not have mobility limitations due to the amount of stairs you will encounter.
