Great studio in a very nice area of Brussels , everything is new and very clean . I had no trouble parking, which can be very difficult. Max is a good communicator , very responsive. I recommend it and will return on a future trip.

We spent a night at Kevin's apartment, very cozy, very good bedding, well heated, according to the listing photos. Kevin is responsive, pleasant and accommodating, everything went well!

Whatever I write here is not enough for Francois and his family. Incredibly helpful, friendly, loving, wonderful families. Our experience of ‘The white swan’ was amazing for my wife and my 11 and 15 year olds. We spent a total of two months in this two-bedroom house. We definitely didn't feel cramped, and we even hosted guests for a few nights. The location of the house is directly at the foot of the tram station and in one of the perhaps the most decent neighborhoods in Brussels, very safe and lush. At the foot of the two great forests for grocery stores, cafes and arm or walking. We were so pleased that we will stay in this place where we really feel at home when we come back to Brussels. Love to the whole family.

Laure has created a truly welcoming space—it was a real pleasure to stay there. The location is excellent, making it a great base for exploring Brussels as well as the rest of Belgium.

We had a great time in Brussels at MC's place! The apartment is spacious, bright and tastefully decorated. We feel that it is inhabited, alive, what we particularly like – while being perfectly ready to welcome guests: MC had provided storage for us in the bedrooms and kitchen, which is very nice. She was also kind enough to share a personalized card with her favorite spots, all tested and approved. The neighborhood is charming, well located, with parks, shops, cool restaurants and the train station nearby. Thanks MC for hosting!

I stayed ten very pleasant days at Anna's place. It is a typical old Brussels house (the apartment is on the first floor), but the apartment is modernly renovated and very comfortable (the pictures show very well how it actually is). The street is super-calm during the night, the area is a safe, largely residential quarter, but the prémetro stop to e.g. city centre and main station is just a few minutes walk away. Shops, supermarkets etc for daily needs also within walking distance. Chatelain quarter with restaurants and bars is about 15 minutes walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with quite a few thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bathroom. Check-in and check-out were very easy even though I arrived quite late in the evening (Anna welcomed me in the apartment and showed me around). She is easily reachable and responds very quickly. Totally recommendable!

We had a great time! The place was very clean and matched the photos. Check-in was smooth and simple and host was always responsive. The patio outside was a really nice bonus and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. Just a short 2 minute walk from the tram station so it was very convenient to get to the city center. It is also a 10 minute tram ride to Gare du Midi so taking the train is also convenient. Neighborhood is safe with nearby cafes and supermarkets. Would definitely come here again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Domnique's, greatly appreciated being able to park our car to freely visit Brussels. The garden is beautiful at this time of year, and the neighborhood is quiet. A beautiful oasis to discover! Thank you Dominique!

Laurie is very professional and proactive with all her messages. Her apartment is clean, spacious, and with all amenities. The flat is decorated with taste and comfort, leaving the guest feeling right out home. There were no issues or problems with anything, which is a really a great and welcoming feeling. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family’s long weekend in Brussels. Géraldine was a wonderful host and gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. (Holy Bagels is a must-do!!) Would definitely recommend staying here while in Brussels!

Rachel place was described, very clean, very close to the metro and attractions. The bed was very comfortable as well. Communication was easy and response was quick when ever I asked questions. The instructions given by Rachel & Jean Marc were very clear. Really appreciate the effort that they put in. The only issue we had was the poor soundproofing, which is probably the same for the buildings around Europe. The bedroom seems to be next to the neighbor's kitchen/dining area. We got woken up in the middle of the night by the noise/sound of the neighbor making food after a late night out. and the next couple days we can hear them getting ready for the day in the morning. Not sure if it only happened to us as there weren't many people who mentioned about this issue. Other than that, we had a good time in the flat, nothing else to complain.

It was great, short but a very cozy apartment and the jaccuzi is really an extra element. Also, our host was super warm (even the decoration) and very available

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

great cozy two bed room appartment with a great bathroom. run by a lovely couple that were kind, responsive and all round great hosts. it is a bit on the pricey side at the £150 a night, GBP sterling per night. the cleanign fee is resonable, at £35,- but guests should not be asked to remove the sheets and so forth, but i did so anyway for these fantastic hosts. also, the appartment is covieniently located and the appartment has everything you need. including an iron. the lights went off and there was no electricity my first night, but this was quickly resolved. i would highly recommend this place, I was so pleased with the hosts, that although I booked for 2 nights, i even booked a third night extra. Highly recommended

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

I had a great stay at Fernando’s apartment! The place is stylish, very clean, and exactly as described. Fernando was a friendly and helpful host, always quick to respond and made check-in easy. The location is also excellent — close to everything but still quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
