Beachfront holiday rentals in Forest Beach

My family and I loved our stay at Kim's place over Memorial Day Weekend. We truly enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer and are already looking forward to returning. Kim has a beautiful place near South Beach. Her place is clean and comfortable and she communicated well with us throughout the process. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

Cute beach gem! We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect for a couple, a young family, or friends, family. The space has everything needed and is comfortable. The location is fantastic. Quick walk to the beach, an ice cream shop across the street as well as several restaurants. Great porch for reading, coffee, cocktails. Would definitely book here again.

I was fortunate enough to stay here for 4 weeks. The place looks exactly like the pictures and was very spacious. I had some family & friends visiting throughout those 4 weeks and there was a lot of space for us to spread out. We enjoyed playing card games at the dining room table and watching TV while relaxing on the huge L-shaped couch. The balcony is beautiful, although it was a little chilly outside, so I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I would've liked. Although it's on the first floor, you can see the ocean in the distance if you're on the balcony. I also kept the blinds open & enjoyed the view of the palm trees while I was working at the dining room table. The unit is in a great location to both the pool and the beach. Finally, the hosts were always super responsive with any questions I had. I would stay here again!

The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

A perfect little place for one person or a couple. My dog and I enjoyed the home. The location was great, and Hilton Head was so nice. We loved being right next to the leisure paths, close to the Forest Retreat, and close to the beach. The location was quiet and relaxing to stay in, yet convenient to so many things on the island. I'd love to come back and stay there again. Margot was a wonderful host. It was a nice break for us.

“Mimi’s Place” was a wonderful HHI location for our last trip before sending our 2 youngest kids off to college. We loved the old school HHI beach house character & charm with all the modern conveniences one could want. An especially sweet surprise touch was the gifts we found awaiting one of our girls celebrating her birthday the day after our arrival. Finally, we also really enjoyed the 2 hours of daily pickleball and the chance to bring our new dog, who loved his first beach trip. We can’t wait to return!

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

Our family had a wonderful time! The condo was very relaxing and just what we needed! It was close to restaurants and shopping and we had quick easy access right to the beach! Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great time at David and Barb‘s place! It was right near the beach and exactly as described. It felt very safe where we were staying and was a quick walk to the beach. Instructions were very clear and they even allowed us to check in early which was so kind! Would definitely return!

Great space for me to be with a Ocean Front veiw . very clean and it's exactly like the photos. Some small repairs need to be done in Bathroom and I did bring this to the owners attention . Matthew and I had an amazing stay here! The location was beautiful by being right on the ocean. We just loved the cozy clean feel of the place. We would totally choose to stay here in the future.

I loved the place! Everything from checking in to checking out was so easy thanks to Erin. The walk to the beach was super quick and nice which is what we loved the most! Highly recommend booking this place

Great location, reasonably priced and clean. I would recommend when disclosing it sleeps six, that it mentions blowup mattress and that the bunk beds are really designed for children (smaller than twin size).

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kimberly's listing. The condo was beautifully decorated and outfitted. The location is just gorgeous and the beach was just perfect. We hope to return!

We had the most wonderful stay, from the peaceful location to the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep in! We relaxed immediately and jumped right into our vacation. Our hosts thought of everything, the whole condo was well organized, and anything we needed was easily found. I highly recommend adding on the bike rentals. An early morning beach bike ride was a highlight of our trip and the whole island is very bike friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert’s property at HHI. It was our first time visiting the area and we couldn’t of done any better than picking this place but was easy to get to the beach, plus there was beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels available to us that made it simple for us travelers head to the beach with three little ones. The walkability to other restaurants, coffee spots, playgrounds, etc. made the trip so convenient that we can’t wait to come back.

This was a great condo for the wife and I. Easy parking, close to the beach and pool, had all amenities needed for a week long stay! The bed was comfortable as most beds have my back hurting all week but this one was perfect and no back pain! The host quickly responded to any questions. Would stay here again!

Loved the condo, great location. Right on the beach, can see the ocean from the living room. Walking distance to everything. The only time we drove was to go play putt putt. It was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Kimberly’s place was amazing! She had great communication with us right off the bat. The place was beautiful, clean, and the perfect place for a couple. Coligny Plaza is only about a 10 minute walk and the beach was very accessible. Everything is right where you need it to be and the perfect location. Thank you, Kimberly.

shops and restraunts right across the street. loved being able to get coffee at the local shop and then go watch the sunrise and walk the beach in the mornings! Great way to spend a couple of days! thanks for allowing this to not be a weekly rental like a lot of the others.

Great location and an awesome host. Comparable to a lot of places this was a good deal for this location. If you're coming to HH this is the area you want to be in.

Patricia was an amazing host! Very accommodating! I knew I wanted to a beach front condo within walking distance of Coligny and this was exactly that! Great host! Great location! Great condo!
