Lake Tyrol is 800 m away and can be reached on foot or by car in a few minutes. Multiple excursion possibilities to Kocher and Jagst by car, on foot or by bike.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Cozy, bright attic apartment in a spacious two-family house in a quiet location close to the forest in Weinsberg. Whether artists, commuters, on assembly, hiking, wine and short breaks, whether alone or as a couple, as a starting point for all activities in the diverse Weinsberg Valley, the property is ideally suited. Pantry kitchen (outside the bedroom), private bathroom and balcony offer the necessary independence and retreat.

The cottages are built on stilts. They each have their own staircase and access. Both houses are equipped with full kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has fridge, stove, oven, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and all cooking utensils you need. In the separate bathroom, which is directly accessible from the bedroom, you will find toilet, sink and shower as well as hairdryer as well as towels and shower towels for your stay.

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
