We were looking for a peaceful place in the countryside for a family weekend. We found our happiness at Stéphanie's. From grandparents to grandchildren, everyone enjoyed it. The garden is lovely. There are games for children. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. The jacuzzi was very popular. There are activities nearby but remember to have a car: Vouvant, Mervent forest, Parc de Pierre Brune, Zoo.... We loved our weekend. Stéphanie is very welcoming and flexible with schedules.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

A really perfect place for a couple who like a quiet stay. Two smallish squares offer very good local facilities and restaurants, while Carrefour local is only a one minute walk away, next to a cycle hire shop and a Pharmacy. The larger towns - La Flotte, Le Bois and ST Martin are all easily reached by the wonderful cycle paths.

Very well located and well equipped accommodation, communication with Audrey very fluid! We'll be happy to go back

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

Very nice family stay in this beautiful barn! The site is very quiet. The house is quite exceptional and very original. Everything is of high quality and beautifully crafted! We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area,etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have each their own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops there) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge , who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good places on the island!

This house is beautiful, the owners have paid attention to detail which shows in the decor and quality furnishings. It's fully equipped which made everything perfect for our stay. You're in the centre of town but it still feels peaceful and private. The garden is lovely with plenty of seating and of course the large pool. There is use of the garage but we always found space on the street outside. Great place to explore the Marais Poitivin or go to the coast. The town has a lot of restaurants, and a lovely cathedral and public gardens. A 5 star stay we won't forget!

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

Cindy offers accommodation that is completely in line with the description. There are no unpleasant surprises. The accommodation is very clean, there is nothing missing. Cindy is very available and very pleasant on the phone. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting the Poitevin marsh. I would highly recommend this place.

Elisabeth was very welcoming. The cottage is carefully furnished and equipped, everything is practical, accessible and charming. The bath towels are soft and the quilts are splendid. The garden is conducive to cooing, picking and hide and seek. The surroundings offer beautiful opportunities for bike rides, boat trips... in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. A very nice stay, in ideal conditions, from which you leave refreshed and invigorated!

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!
