We had a great stay of 3 nights with 2 full days. Pool and jacuzzi are a real plus and we enjoyed it... Serge is welcoming, pleasant and gives good advice. Vero and Sergio

Communication with Estelle was excellent from start to finish. She was a perfect host, always willing to help when asked but otherwise discreet. Her family were also very helpful. The gite is just as described, perfectly clean and presented. The kitchen is a little tricky to get used to in a corner under the stairs but everything is in good condition and works perfectly. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable. On the very hot nights air conditioning would have been welcome though there are good fans. Near to to shopping and so many places to visit in the locality. The roads are very quiet for walking and cycling. The outdoor areas are private, absolutely peaceful, the only sounds are the breeze and birds.

Lovely stay in Ile de Re. Beautiful property located in a peaceful area only 5 minutes from a the town square with bakery and local market. Isabelle was very helpful.

Very nice accommodation, well designed , beautiful space . Terrace and this beautiful super nice veranda. Only negative point and maybe need to be specified is the fact that there is no tv . Because we were with elderly people and indeed if the day we were active in the evening we would have appreciated and them especially the tv . Maybe plan for extra availability a little bit just in unhealthy weather . Each bedroom with its super nice bathroom as well as toilet .

Very large house with a lot of charm and an outdoor space that we enjoyed for lunch/dinner and for good times of play for the children. The rooms were ideal for our family, everyone was able to have their own space. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable. We had a great time.

We had a great weekend with my family and my dog at Marie-Odile's, who is very welcoming, responsive to messages and also flexible with schedules. The house is spacious, clean. We were able to enjoy the garden and play games. The environment is quiet. I highly recommend it. Thanks again for this stay!

We had a nice stay at this former stable, spacious, and quiet, well equipped and very close to our family. The only downside is the window of the upper bedroom which has no blackout curtain or shutter (for those that can be inconvenient).

We had the most wonderful 12-night stay in The Farmhouse and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from Sam & Stuart. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space for al fresco dining. There is an enormous barn which has been converted into a games area and is incredibly well equipped with table tennis, pool, darts, table football, a library, and every board game known to man! There is also an invaluable library of information on the local area. The massive heated outdoor pool is such a beautiful area to relax in. With the local church as a backdrop and the sounds of the birds singing in the surrounding trees in the beautiful garden was absolute bliss. The location is a great base to travel from and explore the towns and villages in the surrounding area. We even managed a couple of day trips to La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.
