Die Unterkunft bei Gabriella war super. Das Highlight ist sicherlich die Küche und der schöne Wintergarten, sowie der weitläufige Garten. Gabriella war super freundlich und hat uns mit Eiern der eigenen Hühner das Frühstück versüßt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

Esperienza super positiva. I genitori di Federico, che mi hanno accolta, sono persone deliziose, disponibili ed amichevoli. Contenta di aver fatto la loro conoscenza. L'appartamento ha risposto completamente alle mie esigenze, si a in ordine di spazio, pulizia e locazione. Mi sono sempre mossa a piedi e la posizione mi ha permesso facile accesso al mare, al centro del paese, ai negozi e alle fermate dei bus. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Antonio und seiner Familie! Leider hatte unser Hinflug über 3 Std Verspätung und Antonio hat mit uns noch um 2 Uhr nachts den Check-in gemacht und war mehr als freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, es wurde sogar Wasser, alles für ein italienisches Frühstück sowie Pasta zum kochen bereitgestellt. Der Gartenbereich ist gepflegt und der Pool sehr angenehm. Es ist definitiv empfehlenswert ein Auto zu haben, dann ist die wunderschöne Altstadt von Syrakus in ca. 15 min zu erreichen und man ist in unter 5 min am sehr schönen Strand. Wir würden die Unterkunft in Arenella definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Alice, Santi und ihre Tochter sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und mit hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants, aber trotzdem unaufdringlich und respektvoll, was deine Privatsphäre angeht. Die Verständigung auf Englisch war problemlos möglich. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Dazu viele Extras , wie Getränke zur Begrüßung, Gewürze, Öl und auch Kleinigkeiten zum Essen. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem abgesperrten Grundstück, und die Terrasse zum draußen Sitzen haben wir zum Frühstück und Abendessen sehr genossen. Außerdem hat sie eine perfekte Lage. In Laufentfernung ist der wunderschöne Arenella Beach, und mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Catania etc. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Abgerundet wurde das ganze durch den absolut lieben und ruhigen Hund Pit und ein paar süße, aber scheue Katzen.

We enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's place. The home is beatifull and has lots of room and space including a nice patio to sit out back. The location is "interesting"; on a big intersection but well located to use it as a base to to explore other areas (we visited Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi) and at the same time a 5 minute drive to the lovely beach of Spiaggia Lido d'Avola. Although Jacopo was extremely helpful and responsive, a set of instructions and a list of recommendations for the area would be helpful when you arrive.

we hebben een fijn verblijft gehad. het uitzicht op Zeeland de voorkant en de tuin aan de achterkant zijn heerlijk, het huis is ruim en ligt vlaknaast fijne barretjes en restaurants. het plaatsje was kalm maar gezellig zonder teveel overtoerisme (we waren er in de lente) ik zou het zeker aanraden!

Le salon minuscule est magnifiquement remplacé par une grande et belle terrasse surplombant la baie de Syracuse: splendide vue panoramique. Literie de qualité, déco AirBnB, cuisine équipée, huile/vinaigre/sel poivre, café, thé, sucre, torchons, serviettes en papier à disposition; bref, « prêt à vivre ». Boisson et vin de bienvenue. Séjour de 2 nuits, depart tardif accepté, pour un coût total de 600€. Conciergerie professionnelle, arrangeante et réactive. Satisfait à 100%.

What a fabulous location for exploring Ortigia, we loved the apartment and definitely recommend! Very spacious, well equipped property with everything needed (including air conditioning units in each room, shutters on each window, washing machine and drying racks both inside and out, plenty of towels, comfy beds etc). We mainly walked everywhere from the apartment, choosing not to hire a car, although parking is available. Easy check in met by the host at an agreed time. Huge list of eatery recommendations shared by the hosts which we enjoyed a few of (including superb gelateria!). The local market with super selection of fruit, veg, cheese etc was just a couple of minutes walk away, ultra convenient! We also took a boat trip from a provider that we could see from the apartment.

Excelente experiencia en la casa de Marco, en Siracusa a metros de Ortigia, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de este lugar maravilloso. El departamento es perfecto, con excelente decoración y servicios. Muy moderno y espacioso. Muy fácil encontrar estacionamiento para el auto sin costo y en la misma cuadra. La zona es tranquila y tiene algunos bares, cafeterías y una excelente heladería abierta hasta muy tarde a pocos pasos de la casa. La atención de Marco fue personal, el mismo nos dió la recepción y colaboró con el ingreso de nuestro equipaje, de la misma manera fue la salida disponiendo de un check out cómodo y tranquilo. Si pensas pasar unos días en Siracusa, recomendamos mucho este alojamiento. Muchas gracias Marco!!!

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

We had the most fantastic stay - incredible to be overlooking the market. We went everyday and cooked our wares in the lovely kitchen. Apartment is beautifully designed and loved the wine cellar - an unexpected bonus. Double glazing is also excellent- the calls of the market are so atmospheric, but when you don’t want to hear them, you can just shut the windows. Great situation in Ortigia. Responsive check in and support during our stay.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Francesco is the ultimate host - he has thought of everything to make his guests as comfortable as possible. We were welcomed with beautiful food, wine, a gift, and a plentiful supply of bottled water - very generous. We loved the apartment and made the most of the two beautiful terraces. We loved exploring Noto and the apartment was in a great location for this. This apartment certainly deserves all the positive reviews. If you can't manage stairs, this is not the place for you. But if you can - book it!

Die Wohnung liegt nur eine Gehminute vom Wasser entfernt, sodass man gerade Morgens einen herausragenden Blick auf das Meer hat. Generell ist Ortigia wahnsinnig schön und die Wohnung ist dabei am ruhigeren Ende der Halbinsel gelegen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man einwandfrei kochen konnte. Auch die moderne Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine hat es uns sehr bequem gemacht. Direkt gegenüber ein sympathisches Café, welches wir gerne besucht haben. Verbesserungswürdig ist das Sofa, welches keine Lehne hat, nur zwei Kissen, was das Sofa eher ungeeignet zum langen sitzen macht. Alles in allem war Salvatores Wohnung die angenehmste von mehreren, die wir auf unserer Reise besucht haben und wir empfehlen Sie wärmstens weiter.

Thank you so much for your beautiful and characterful accommodation in the heart of the unique island of Ortigia. This was our first visit and truly we can’t wait to return. It was magical to stroll to the beach each day and swim in the clear waters amongst the rocks and colourful fish. Then, back to your beautiful rooftop terrace and kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook a special meal or just relax with a drink and soak up the sunshine. More special restaurants, shops and history on your doorstep than one could possibly experience in a one week visit. Simply unforgettable!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage inmitten der Insel - wir kommen wieder!

Prachtig appartement midden in het oude centrum van Noto. Alles te belopen en het dakterras is super! Geen enkel negatief punt te bedenken

Goede locatie precies tussen Neapolis en Ortigia, met veel voorzieningen rondom. Aardige host die meteen een rondleiding geeft. Voor twee personen een fijne (stille) slaapkamer, met zn drieën of vieren hoor je wel goed wat er allemaal op straat gebeurt als je op de slaapbank in de woonkamer slaapt.

Great spot within walking distance of the main sites. Easy to find with street parking right out front. Damanio was very communicative via the app, and his mother was so kind and welcoming. Check in was very easy and we were able to store our bags for a while after check out the next morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

Cristina defines a new meaning of the word 'hospitality'. She was very supportive and always ready to answer our questions. Flat is nice and clean, as given in description, within walking distance from most of worth seeing places in Siracusa. All of that made our visit to Siracuse a very nice experience.
