The place with Gabriella was great. The highlight is certainly the kitchen and the beautiful conservatory, as well as the spacious garden. Gabriella was super friendly and sweetened breakfast with eggs from our own chickens. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Salvatore’s place was absolutely perfect. It’s one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in all of Italy, and definitely the best one in Sicily. It’s beautiful, well-equipped, and incredibly well-located. There’s parking just a 3-minute walk away and plenty of food options nearby. It’s close to all the main attractions, and Salvatore communicates very well. I’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

A far too short stay for us but were immediately made welcome by this lovely family… truly the highlight of our first visit to this area of Sicily. So generous with whatever was ready from a perfect garden or the pretty chickens. A very efficient very gorgeous cottage that was a delight! Wonderful beach in walking distance by park, with enticing beach restaurant attached. It was a highlight of our vacation!!!

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's place. The home is beatifull and has lots of room and space including a nice patio to sit out back. The location is "interesting"; on a big intersection but well located to use it as a base to to explore other areas (we visited Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi) and at the same time a 5 minute drive to the lovely beach of Spiaggia Lido d'Avola. Although Jacopo was extremely helpful and responsive, a set of instructions and a list of recommendations for the area would be helpful when you arrive.

we had a nice stay. the view of Zeeland the front and the garden at the back are lovely, the house is spacious and is right next door to nice bars and restaurants. the place was calm but cozy without too much overtourism (we were there in spring) I would definitely recommend it!

This is a beautiful apartment with an upstairs patio that is very well equipped. You are situated right on the marina on Ortigia with sunset views over the bay. The inside living space (kitchen/living room) of the apartment is small but very thought out and functional. Bedroom is large as is the Bath and very comfortable bedding. Outside the apartment people do sometimes congregate on the marina but with the windows closed it was not bothersome at all. All of the necessities are provided including coffee/salt/pepper/oil. You are just steps from some groceries and tons of places to eat. Even the upstairs deck has a sink and wine/beverage fridge. She even has some mosquito coils up there to keep the bugs away. Minor thoughts for travelers - The stairs up to the patio are a little narrow and steep. - shade on the patio diminishes as it gets past 1400-1500 - US issue - the plumbing is not made for TP so have to use a can. We had a great stay and highly recommend. Thanks, C

What a fabulous location for exploring Ortigia, we loved the apartment and definitely recommend! Very spacious, well equipped property with everything needed (including air conditioning units in each room, shutters on each window, washing machine and drying racks both inside and out, plenty of towels, comfy beds etc). We mainly walked everywhere from the apartment, choosing not to hire a car, although parking is available. Easy check in met by the host at an agreed time. Huge list of eatery recommendations shared by the hosts which we enjoyed a few of (including superb gelateria!). The local market with super selection of fruit, veg, cheese etc was just a couple of minutes walk away, ultra convenient! We also took a boat trip from a provider that we could see from the apartment.

A lovely apartment - large, airy, and stylishly decorated. Quiet at night. Olimpia met us at the apartment on time. Marco was very quickly available to answer questions, even very basic ones about the washing machine and clothes pins. Not right next to tourist attractions or restaurants, but the walk wasn't too far, and the quality of the apartment made the walk worthwhile.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

We had the most fantastic stay - incredible to be overlooking the market. We went everyday and cooked our wares in the lovely kitchen. Apartment is beautifully designed and loved the wine cellar - an unexpected bonus. Double glazing is also excellent- the calls of the market are so atmospheric, but when you don’t want to hear them, you can just shut the windows. Great situation in Ortigia. Responsive check in and support during our stay.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Francesco is the ultimate host - he has thought of everything to make his guests as comfortable as possible. We were welcomed with beautiful food, wine, a gift, and a plentiful supply of bottled water - very generous. We loved the apartment and made the most of the two beautiful terraces. We loved exploring Noto and the apartment was in a great location for this. This apartment certainly deserves all the positive reviews. If you can't manage stairs, this is not the place for you. But if you can - book it!

The apartment is just as described , we had a couple of problems Stefania and her husband took care of it very quickly to solve it , there is a place to park it is not a minor fact in Italy , the area is super quiet , for my taste a little far from the attractions

Stephania’s place in Ortigia was hands-down our favorite stay in all of Italy. The apartment had everything we needed. A fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook dinner, a beautiful rooftop terrace perfect for morning espresso or an evening glass of wine, and even a record player that added such a special touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in the amenities made us feel right at home. Stephanie was also very responsive with helping us find the place and checking in and answering questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we’d come back in a heartbeat.

Good location exactly between Neapolis and Ortigia, with many amenities around. Nice host who immediately gives a tour. For two people, a nice (quiet) bedroom, with three or four people, you can hear what is happening on the street when you sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

Great place to stay. Really close to the main attractions.

This flat was amazing! The host was extremely quick to answer to any question, literaly within minute of writing, giving very helpful tips. The flat was spacious, very clean, very quiet and comfortable. The bedroom is perfect, very comfy bed & mattress. Very spacious bathroom and well equipped kitchen. We rested well there after a lot of sightseeings. I can only recommend!

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

Cristina defines a new meaning of the word 'hospitality'. She was very supportive and always ready to answer our questions. Flat is nice and clean, as given in description, within walking distance from most of worth seeing places in Siracusa. All of that made our visit to Siracuse a very nice experience.

Rosa could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any queries we had. We haven't given 5 stars for the location only because there is a redevelopment of the promenade at the moment in front of the apartment which is not active at the moment, but will take time to complete. It did not disturb us at all but not the best immediate view. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Ortiga more than compensates for that temporary aspect.
