Really nice and convenient place in the center of Fontainebleau. Walking distance from market and great restaurants. Apartment was great and host was very responsive. Ideal for a Fontainebleau stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

We had a nice weekend at Florence’s place. Very cozy and comfortable. The small terrace/backyard is so nice and rare to have. Thankful she is open for dogs to stay at her place. Would recommend!

We stayed 4 nights at Julien's house and it was perfect for our needs. We could combine nature hikes with historical Chateaux all from one place and Barbizon itself is a charming location. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for an excellent stay.

Beautiful house with a still enchanting garden. Everything was clean and the most important things on site. Laurent asked, without being intrusive, if everything was there and if we were satisfied. In summary, it was very nice and definitely worth a visit. Thanks a bunch

the house is in an idyllic place, in the middle of the forest, very quiet. The accommodation is very comfortable, very well equipped (especially with children). Many activities around. We were sad to leave it!

We were with a group of friends for the annual bouldering in Tony's accommodation and were more than satisfied with our stay😊! A great house with all kinds of specials and everything your heart desires. We spent a lot of time in the large living area, as well as on the cozy balcony in the courtyard and the garden area and felt very comfortable! 😊 Communication with Tony was great, check-in and check-out were easy and uncomplicated! Between two houses, I lived for 2 months with Lénaïk and Jean-Luc, in a neighborhood that I know well. The studio is perfectly equipped, very well located, within walking distance of the RER and the center while being quiet. Very pleasant to live in, a real little cocoon, so much so that I had a hard time leaving it. The hosts are lovely. Being able to park your vehicle in the courtyard is an undeniable plus. Thanks!!!

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.
