Bardzo dziękujemy za przyjęcie nas! Wszystko było zgodnie z opisem, komunikacja z gospodarzem przebiegała bardzo sprawnie. Wszystkie uszczelki były naprawiane po ich zgłoszeniu. W domu było czysto i w kuchni można było znaleść najbardziej niezbędne rzeczy do gotowania. Położenie domu jest dość wygodne, ale koniecznie mieć samochód, ponieważ to ułatwi zwiedzanie pięknej okolicy. Mogę śmiało polecić ten dom do wynajęcia.

Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a beautiful setting not too far from many of Sicily’s beautiful places to visit. Thank you Ivan and Dino!

Heerlijk rustige plek, Lieve mensen, fruit uit de tuin mogen plukken, een heerlijk ontbijtje als je wil en voor ons was dat heel handig en fijn omdat we erg laat aankwamen en nog geen boodschappen gedaan hadden. We hebben genoten van deze plek!

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

Biagio bietet eine sehr schöne Unterkunft an und war jederzeit erreichbar. Ich durfte 6 Tage in seinem Haus verbringen und habe jeden einzelnen genossen. Am meisten gefielen mir lange Nächte im Whirlpool oder auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Altstadt. Die Innenstadt war sehr belebt und bietet gute Restaurants. Abschließend kann man sagen das sich ein Besuch Lohnt.

Roberto och hans son Erik var helt fantastiska. Vi bodde i Villa Bismarkia som var rent och prydligt. Allt man kan tänkas behöva finns och de gemensamma ytorna var så välskötta och fina. Rekommenderar start detta boende!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessio’s place! The villa was just like the photos. Spacious bedrooms, great AC, and a perfect outside space for lounging and meals. Highly recommend!

Ontzettende aanrader, Als je van ruimte, vrijheid, vriendelijke host en privé houd. Dit was voor ons de perfecte uitvals basis om vervolgens de prachtige stranden te bezoeken en de omgeving te ontdekken. Nog geen 10/12 min vanaf het strand en terugkomen op een vrijstaand huis met geweldig uitzicht. Wij verbleven hier mid Juni. Wat qua temperatuur nog net te doen was in de nacht. Wij als Hollanders hadden het wellicht te warm gevonden in augustus. Al met al een geweldige plek wat meer dat je geld waard is. 10/10!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wir haben zwei entspannte Ferienwochen Anfang Juni hier erlebt. Die stilvoll eingerichtete gemütliche Wohnung war für uns beide perfekt. Den schönen Blick auf die Altstadt aus dem Fenster und von den zwei Terrassen bestätige ich gerne, wie viele andere vor uns waren auch wir davon begeistert. Von hier aus haben wir Ausflüge in die Umgebung und ans Meer sowie bis nach Agrigento unternommen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze im Zentrum von Modica haben wir vergeblich gesucht, andererseits haben wir zehn Minuten Fußweg zum Auto nicht wirklich als problematisch empfunden. Die Kommunikation mit Marinella vor Ort oder mit Federica als Gastgeberin war einwandfrei und schnell. Ein persönliches Kennenlernen hat sich leider in der Zeit nicht ergeben.

Die Unterkunft von Rudia ist ein kleiner Goldschatz. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Rudia ist eine großartige Kommunikatorin: Sie war immer schnell zu erreichen, hatte wertvolle Tips für Restaurants zur Hand und war für Fragen stets erreichbar. Modica ist eine Reise wert, auch im Ragusa, Noto und andere sehenswerte Orte der Region zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig, klimatisiert und dunkel wenn man mag und hat einen wunderschönen Balkon für laue Abende. Kurzum: Hier kann man sehr gut Urlaub machen.

Comfortable, spacious apartment in a very walkable location close to everything. The lovely roof deck was the best part for coffee in the morning and sunset (and swifts). Highly recommended.

Der Garten von Gioacchino ist ein kleines Paradies. Sowohl für unsere Tochter als auch für uns war es spannend und schön, die Früchte zu entdecken und reifes Obst und Gemüse zu ernten und zu essen. Morgens ging es zum Hühnerstall, abends haben wir den Bio-Müll zu den Schweinen gebracht. Dazwischen ging es in den Pool oder zum Spielplatz. Das Haus ist gut durchdacht – es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und ein bisschen mehr (Zitronenpresse, Pürierstab etc.) Fußläufig ist ein toller Obststand, an dem man auch Backwaren kaufen kann. Ein paar Meter weiter ist der öffentliche Strand. Der ist leider voll und nicht sauber. Der Strand im Naturgebiet ist eher zu empfehlen. Dafür muss man aber einen Fußmarsch in Kauf nehmen. Der lohnt sich aber. Lido di Noto, Noto und die umliegenden Städtchen sind tolle Urlaubsorte und das Haus von Gioacchino eine Empfehlung. Er selbst ist sehr freundlich und kann stolz auf das sein, was er dort geschaffen hat. Danke nochmal für den Honig und die Papaya!

We had a wonderful few days at Sofia’s. The pool and surrounding area were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of seating spots to unwind. We really appreciated the outdoor space which offered a great area to eat and chill. The grounds were lovely, and we enjoyed the company of the cute & friendly dogs. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Sofia was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Sofia’s is just a 10-minute walk to a nearby beach and a short 5-minute drive to other beaches and supermarkets. We would definitely recommend!

Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

We spent a wonderful week exploring the sights of Sicily (you definitely need a car) and having the oasis of Charlotte’s beautiful home to chill in the afternoon and evenings. The pictures do not do the garden justice and is a charming sun trap where we picked lemons and rosemary for our meals. Charlotte was on hand to answer any queries - the nearest supermarket (2 minute walk away), bakery (the sweetest place a 5 minute drive away), how to use the washing machine but never intruded - it is completely your own space. We visited Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ampitheatre, Avola (beautiful beach, free parking, gorgeous ice cream shop on main road) and Ragusa (1.5 hour drive but spectacular views and so worth it!). We had a fabulous week, made all the better by Charlotte 🙂

This is a really lovely villa, it’s got the most incredible garden that makes you feel instantly peaceful as well as being able to pick veg, fresh herbs and fruit. We were very comfortable - the small kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were great. There are so many outdoor seating areas it's hard to choose where to sit - everything is beautifully appointed and well designed and high quality. We had a very happy 6 days at Villa Orto. Sebastiano was super easy to communicate with for arrival and departure and the owner also popped in one day and was very friendly. It's less than 10 minutes drive to Noto, a little further to Avola where there are bigger supermarkets. Easy access to the main roads around the south east and the beaches. Thanks very much!

This place is just wonderful for family holiday - the sea view is the best, the shady terrace just calls you to relax- the house itself is beautiful and functions well! Salvatore and his wife took so good care of us! If you like fresh seafood there are many nice, rustic restaurants within walking distance!

My mum and I had a lovely few days here. The views were stunning, the host was super communicative and helpful, and it is a very relaxing place to be. The pool is as lovely as you would expect! Highly recommend doing the hike to the ‘Laghetti Cavagrande’ as stopping off for a very wholesome and local experience at the Trattoria Eva e Zio Pippo Marino on the way home.

Wir hatten schon viele Häuser in den letzten Jahren aber das Haus von Saro, hatte den bisher besten Standard. die Zimmer haben Top-Hotel-Niveau. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und im EG und draußen weitere Toiletten und Duschen. Die Ausstattung insgesamt sehr hochwertig und auch die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, für die angegebenen Personen. Alles sehr angenehm und gelungen, um von der ersten Minuten den Urlaub zu genießen. Zu erwähnen ist der kurze Weg zu einem tollen ruhigen Naturstrand. Und auch hier ist am Haus alles notwendige Equipment, wie Sonnenschirme und Strandsitze. Saro war ein toller Gastgeber der immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Ebenso seine Empfehlungen zu guten Restaurants oder Geschäften. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank Saro.
