wonderful place to retreat...our second annual visit... looking forward to coming back again!

Desiree went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Traveling with an infant is never easy and she truly went over the top for us. Pack and play was set up when we arrived and there were snacks, play mat, and new toy for him. She was so easy to communicate with throughout the whole weekend and so thoughtful.

We rented Sharen’s place for a family weekend with 7 guests. Check in was easy. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The additional bunkhouses were great. We felt right at home. We easily cooked all meals in the stocked kitchen. The house is next to the lake and the fishing was incredible! We couldn’t believe how many fish we caught, including several good sized bass. We spent most of our time by the lake and met some very friendly neighbors. Note: bring bug spray. I would’ve stayed an extra week if I could have. Definitely deserves the title of Guest Favorite.

Another great stay at Stew's place. I highly recommend. It is off a busy highway, but you wouldn't know it because it is secluded down below the businesses and is very private and quiet. Everything was very clean and lots to do with movies and games for the kids. The hot tub was so nice. It was very cool in the morning so that is a great way to warm up under the canopy of pine trees that surround the back deck. Definitely will be back for another stay.

We had a great stay at this home! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful-- a great suburban area that was still very close to everything we needed. The large backyard was perfect for our dog and kids to run around and play. The rooms were clean and comfortable with cozy beds. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Came here for a birthday trip and fell in love with cozy setting at this home. everything was clean and the bed super comfy. We used the hot tub and the experience was a blast as well as the decor. Absolutely loved our stay, and the very friendly welcome and hope to stay here again in the future!

Close to great restaurants, the mall and a nice cozy place to stay.

This place is so nice and friendly, There are a beautiful backyard and beautiful views with big trees, We had so good time there And the kitchen had everything that you need and the beds were so comfortable and clean

I have stayed here 3 times and each time is lovely. The house is comfortable and clean and the landscape is beautiful. Didn't want to leave.

Mickey's place is within easy walking or driving distance to our relatives whom we visit regularly. Just the type of place we need, beautiful in the foothills, quiet and peaceful, and accessible to grocery or other needs. Mickey was very accessible, thanks for everything, Mickey -- we'll be visiting again!

Residence was cozy and clean. The host provided various courtesy products and well stocked supplies. Overall the house was very clean and open. The host communicated clearly and gave accurate information.

This country cottage is centrally located in a peaceful location at the end of a private road. With access to the wine and ale trail as well as the venue for concerts and a farmers market down the road, there was lots to do. We loved the creek and welcoming touches the hosts provided and appreciated their friendly and prompt communication as well as accommodating an earlier check in for us. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay at your property.

Paula’s place is great! It’s really nice and the pictures don’t do it justice. The serene landscape, farm animals, and sweet antique decor make it feel like an escape to grandmas house! Complete with a sweet snack upon arrival.

Tom was the most gracious host one could ask for. From booking to checkout, Tom made himself available for any and all questions. He provided some insights about finding the house and tips on maneuvering onto the property. He personally met me and my family at check-in, provided us some insights on the property and the area, and helped with access to the lake. The house and grounds are immaculate. Clean, well stocked kitchen, and fresh linens. The property has everything you could ask for with lake, pool and hot tub access. . The private setting is the ultimate topping on the cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to connecting with Tom for future trips!

Home was perfect for my small family with kiddos. Safe, clean and relaxing. Made use of the BBQ and the well stocked kitchen every night. Home was as advertised and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would book with this host again.

We came for our anniversary and felt right at home! The views were beautiful, being in a tiny house is so fun, enjoyed our meals on the patio and got to hang out with the goats and horses. Don’t forget to bring apples and carrots!!! We forgot the first night and got to pet the animals but went into town the next day to get snacks for our new friends. We also got to use the pool and enjoy a nice, quiet surrounding. Had we not forgot the snacks for the animals, we would have no reason to leave. Everything is so comfy and fun.

Prior to check in all the way through check out, Christian was an extremely communicative host. I really appreciate that there were very clear instructions for everything. Some of us were flying in from out of state and Christian was very accommodating with an early check in. This place is huge and spaciously laid out. We hosted dinner for 12 people multiple nights and with so much space, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Our group spent a ton of time outside-enjoying the relaxing pool and lounging area. The property is maintained and beautiful. We had 3 kids with us who were obsessed with this house! Christian has so much for the kids to do that they never got bored. Seriously - between the cinema room upstairs, pool, water slide, sports outside, foosball, there was never a dull moment which is really saying something for kids! I’d stay here again when I’m in town in a heartbeat. Thank you Christian and your family for the wonderful stay, we sincerely appreciate it

We recently stayed at Don and Kathy’s beautiful home for our son’s wedding weekend and it was absolutely magical. Don and Kathy were incredibly hospitable, always easy to reach, and made us feel so welcome. The home itself is stunning—truly something to experience. The home is well-appointed and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style for a truly relaxing stay. The surroundings felt straight out of a Hallmark movie, with autumn leaves falling and twinkling Christmas lights creating a festive atmosphere. It was cozy, inviting, and felt just like home. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you, Don and Kathy, for making our special weekend even more memorable!

The place was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Best of all, it was at the perfect distance for cycling to Sac State. We were able to enjoy cooking in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and even took advantage of the garden and splash pool. Also, I was grateful to have a desk to work at. Honestly, there were so many wonderful aspects of our stay that I could go on and on. Needless to say, we loved every minute of it. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property! There was plenty of space for our entire wedding party, and it was spotless when we arrived. Kathleen was an incredible host — so helpful, responsive, and flexible throughout the whole process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The property itself is truly unique, with so many interesting historical decorations that gave it so much charm and character. We also loved taking advantage of all the activities available on-site, which made for an unforgettable experience. All our guests raved about the layout of the space and how much they enjoyed their time there. Highly recommend this Airbnb — it was the perfect setting for such a special occasion!

The cottage was very nice, with great views, tall ceilings, huge sliding glass doors, and perfectly set up for two couples. It was extremely clean! We had a great stay!
