Very well located accommodation close to the "marina". Ballads and access to boats to visit the five lands. Close to the pedestrian streets of Spezia to find good restaurants and walk Access from the station on foot (20 min) or bus Ditto bus to Lerici and Portovenere nearby. A beautiful traditional village home. Incredible views of the surrounding mountains. A fantastic base if your are a walker looking to explore this region. Very quiet at night. Had a great nights sleep.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Very nice accommodation in a very central location, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The interior is clean, tidy and welcoming, with everything you need for a longer stay (unfortunately we only stayed a few days). The area is full of clubs, restaurants and very convenient for those who want to travel by train or bus. Our host was always helpful and kind. The only small aspect to take into account is the night noise, but it is completely normal if you choose such a lively and central area. Overall, a super positive experience, highly recommended!

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay! 10/10 highly recommend this place! Gorgeous view from the terrace and we loved enjoying the sunset after a day of exploring Cinque Terre. Rosella and Roberto were wonderful hosts. So kind, accommodating and very responsive with all our questions. Even had a small cake waiting for us as a welcome treat. The shuttle provided was so convenient if you needed to be dropped off at the La Spezia Station going to Cinque Terre, or if you needed to enjoy the beaches or the city center of Lerici. We had dinner in Lerici on a Saturday night and fell in love with its atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Rossana is one of those airbnb hosts who go above and beyond. She was extremely responsive and caring, helping us with parts of our experience that had nothing to do with her apartment. The space itself is very clean and cute. Easy access to Porto venere and the rest of cinque terre. Highly recommend on every level.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Casa Lu. The house is modern and well-equipped, everything is well thought out. The tranquility, the great view of the valley as well as the relative proximity of the beach and places worth seeing was exactly what we hoped for and found in Casa Lu. Lucia is a very nice and helpful person. In short: highly recommended.

What can I say, a unique experience because the accommodation is located inside a beautiful medieval village... not to mention the impeccable service from the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the accommodation, to the very kind service of the host. Upon arrival, we found her mother to be very nice and kind, and she also advised us on what to do. Very quiet area, you can also go on beautiful excursions in the middle of nature and a few km away to visit the Cinque Terre.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is very spacious and very well equipped. The bedroom can be made complete dark and the apartment is situated in a quiet area. Laura was very responsive and super helpful during our stay - she went out of her way to make us feel at home. We definitely recommend to stay here and we would love to come back again.

This is an incredible Airbnb in Cinque Terre. It’s very easily accessible from the train station, with no big hikes or hills required. The unit is compact but never felt too small, it was very homey. The view was gorgeous. The amenities, specifically the washing machine and the AC units, were huge helps on our trip. Agos communicated often, effectively, and have very clear instructions. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We do not have anything negative to say.

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper and etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room top equipped. But what would still be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise, everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. Matteo E Oriana’s place was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking. She was very accommodating to our need to check in early. It is important not to underestimate the stairs, this may be a problem if you are elderly or have a physical impairment. We had a little miscommunication due to the language barrier but Oriana is so lovely and nice to deal with. Thank you for the stay.

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

After a short fright, as we arrived very late and did not know the streets, we woke up in one of the most beautiful places since we have been using Airbnb. My mother said that was the best find we ever had. The location, view, amenities and generally the apartment was simply 1a. Diego has earned only 5.0 out of 5 stars and that is also reflected in the reviews! We would love to come back!
