Couldn’t recommend booking at Lisa’s place more. 10/10. Lisa was so friendly and hospitable. She went above and beyond for our family to ensure we were comfortable and well informed of all the resort amenities and entertainment/ dining around the surrounding area. Lisa was very prompt with n answering my questions and she was very accommodating. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we look forward to booking with Lisa again!

An absolutely outstanding location! The cottage is wonderfully secluded, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Inside, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I must note, the king-size bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable and you need to experience the master bathroom shower! The hot tub was perfect! Spotless and well taken care of. You can unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the sounds birds and nature. Amber exemplifies the perfect host! She was very responsive and courteous, checking in via the AirBNB chat to make sure we had everything we needed. Our entire stay was flawless! We were sad to leave and return home, but we can't wait to book again! Thanks for having us!

Great house ! My family and I felt right at home. Kids loved the pool and close walk to beach and stores . Great location!

Teresa & John have created an incredible respite that has every amenity you could imagine. The home is filled with so many beautiful touches A well stocked Kitchen was great fun! Bed linens and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever encountered. The outdoor spaces: fire pit, screened porch, hot tub and grill were incredible. We enjoyed the provided water sports equipment that could easily be carried one block up to the public pier. Words cannot adequately describe how welcomed we felt! Thank you so very much for your hospitality and generosity.

We just loved the condo , it was beautiful furnished and very well decorated, The bathroom was just beautiful Maureen was very quick to answer any questions that we had . She was also a very thoughtful host , it was so nice to find a bottle of wine and fresh flowers when we arrived We will definitely stay again

Cozy stay. Very clean and well stocked- right down to beach stuff and bathrobes! We did feel the beach wasn’t really walkable. (With all your stuff)…but it was a super quick and easy drive. She was very quick respond to any messages. We would definitely return to this rental!

Extremely nice stay. Worth every penny! Family very much enjoyed this setting. Had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We will be back! Thank you!!! BTW- distance to beach was absolutely acceptable and easy to walk.

This is a beautiful house everything is amazing to look at my family spent hours looking at everything that was on the wall my kids had a amazing time to with all the coloring stuff and pages I just want to say thanks and I will be back ❤️

We loved it and the peaceful setting. I loved walking to the pier and the shops and also watching the day go by on the porch.

We had a great vacation in Gulf Shores and David’s cottage was awesome! Great location, super comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and so close to walk to the beach. All the beach equipment and toys were such a great touch… our grandkids loved the pool too! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and afternoons as it got great shade and breezes! David was so nice, helpful and very responsive! You can’t go wrong by staying at The United We Sand!

Host was very friendly and reached out when requested in a timely manner. Home was super clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Ample parking and very safe neighborhood. Would most definitely stay again.

The house is wonderful! The beds are very nice, kitchen is well stocked with appliances, a nice office area, and the location is close to many things in the city!

This beautiful little place was just what we needed. We were visiting a relative in assisted living nearby, yet wanted a place to retreat to at the end of the day, close to restaurants and the beaches for our down time. Our host provided everything we needed and more: comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, and lots of extras such as nice bathroom toiletries, snacks, Keurig pods, sunglasses and suntan lotion, restaurant suggestions, beach chairs, a hose for rinsing off the sand..... We really had everything we needed and then some! We were within easy walking distance to a number of good restaurants, and easy road access to the rest of Pensacola. Quiet neighborhood for walks, no dogs barking, etc.

Homer is a wonderful host that puts his guests first. I highly recommend staying at his beautiful property.

What a great place to stay. This bay front cottage was very clean, spacious yet cozy and inviting. Great colors and tasteful decor really locked in the salt life vibe. We enjoyed breath taking sunsets over the bay. Time on the deck was peaceful and serene. The fire pit out back was a great touch. We would return and highly recommend this place for your stay in the Fairhope area.

This is out second and hopefully not the last stay at this beautiful home! We love everything about it, the location the coziness! The communication is fantastic of everything from the booking company, property managers as well as the owners of the home! Its a quite location, not a lot of traffic vehicle as well as beach and the place is just great!

The house has a wonderful deck to sit in the shade and listen to the waves, we spent all our of evenings there. Very short walk to the beach, there were beach chairs for us to use at the house which was very helpful! The outdoor lights weren’t working which made walking up/down the stairs at night difficult however Bridgett was very responsive about that small issue! Tacky jacks and Sassy Bass are located close to the house (~10 minutes) so you don’t have to drive 30 minutes back to town when you want to go out! Overall great stay!

House was comfortable. Easy beach access. Loved the outdoor shower that had hot water. This was our second stay in this house so familiarity played a part in comfort. Would stay again if we vacation in the same area

We had a very pleasant stay! The house was so cute, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful little accommodations that made it feel like home. Its location near downtown Fairhope was incredibly convenient, and the area felt clean and safe. Highly recommend!
