The stay in this apartment was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. The linen (sheets, towels) is of high quality, which adds to the comfort. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, which allows you to fully enjoy the seaside without having to travel. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The apartment is just perfect. All the modernity and comfort, with an incredible view. The person who greeted us was super nice, smiling and helpful. We were even able to check in earlier! Really the perfect place to feel at home.

Abdel is very kind! He was very flexible on my morning check-in! He is always responsive and caring! The apartment is super well located in Martil close to the beach and shops and restaurants! Everything is close to the apartment! The good thing about this apartment is its terrace! The apartment was very clean and tidy! If you are staying in Martil I recommend Abdel's home! The place was absolutely wonderful. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. We stayed for two nights in this apartment to get out of the city. It was a great stay--the home itself was really nice and had mostly everything you needed (only thing was we didnt have salt, oil, or dish soap...all of which are common essentials provided by air bnbs with kitchens), it was clean and the views were good. The host answered right away and the men he sent to help us check in and out were wonderful, super helpful, and quick to arrive if we needed something. My only minor complaint of why I think it's slightly overpriced is it is up a huge hill and it off the beach a decent 15 minute walk by the time you walk all the way around and the images make it look like it's right on the water. And though the view is over the water, there's a highway in between, so one can't really enjoy the ocean...it sounds like a highway all morning and night. The front porch wasn't very relaxing for this reason. But the views were nice and it was in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Thank you!!

Our host was super nice. We arrived very late at 2 a.m. We found our host downstairs in the building. I thank him for his help. The apartment is good value for money and well located, clean, functional and he gave us an address to go eat in the middle of the night. Great. Thank you again for everything.

My stay was everything and more I was looking for. Marwan and his Mum were always available to answer our questions and very responsive to our requests for local recommendations. The location was great, quite , and peaceful, the last home on a small street that ends in the forest. This was truly a win, win location for me and my wife, I love to hike and the mountains. My wife love the beach which was a 5 minutes private walk from the home, we had a ocean view from the living room and the terrace.

Beautiful stay at this property would book again in heartbeat and , lovely balcony with nice views and rooms are decorated beautiful. Maybe manual or instructions on how to use the bath, as was unsure how to fill it up. But not a complaint, as would recommend this air b&b to anyone visiting Tetouan as the location is perfect.

I recently stayed at this apartment with my family, and we had a lovely time. The house is really charming, offering sophisticated panoramic views of the mountains of northern Morocco. The residence, with its 9 swimming pools, is beautiful and well kept. The apartment is perfectly equipped with high quality equipment and is impeccably clean. In addition, the owner is very gallant and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment for a memorable stay.

We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is just perfect, right across the sea, offering an amazing view. In addition, the proximity to the border of Ceuta (Spain) a few hundred yards away makes the neighborhood extremely secure, with a constant presence of the police and the army 24 hours a day. The building and the neighborhood are remarkably quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for to rest, me and my family. The neighborhood is respectful and quiet, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation. The host is extremely kind and thoughtful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is also very well equipped and impeccably clean. Honestly, we have nothing to say. We're already thinking about coming back here for our next stay. Thanks for everything!
