Die.Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Die ganze Modernität und der Komfort, mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Die Person, die uns begrüßte, war super nett, lächelnd und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken! Wirklich der perfekte Ort, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Le séjour dans cet appartement a été parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec goût et extrêmement bien équipé. Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes) est de grande qualité, ce qui ajoute encore au confort. L'emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la plage, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du bord de mer sans avoir à se déplacer. La communication avec l'hôte a été excellente : réactif, attentif et très accueillant. Je recommande vivement ce logement et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Geweldige locatie en omgeving. Het appartement is schoon. Mooie binnentuin in het complex en mooie zwembaden. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan. Gezins vriendelijke omgeving en alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand. Chaimae is behulpzaam en reageert snel. Duidelijke instructies en top service!

Un immense merci à Daniella et son équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable ! L’accueil a été irréprochable : chaleureux, attentionné et très professionnel. L’appartement est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux encore : propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût, et idéalement situé. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Suite à ces quelques jours passés chez vous, il me paraissait essentiel de prendre le temps de vous remercier une dernière fois pour votre accueil et votre générosité. Grâce à vous, j'ai passé un superbe séjour que je ne suis pas prêt[e] d'oublier.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement, tout était parfait ! Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. L’hôte Mr Faissal a été exceptionnel : très attentionné, réactif et sympathique, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain passage. Merci encore pour tout !

Notre séjour chez Asmae a été tout simplement parfait. Sa maison est impeccable, avec une propreté irréprochable et un souci du détail quand aux besoins de ses invités, avec beaucoup de petites attentions. Nous n’avions besoin de rien. La vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée est un véritable atout, sans parler de la proximité à pied. La maison, ses équipements, son emplacement et le calme au 3e étage valent largement le prix. PS : Chez Asmae, oubliez les soucis de moustiques et d’humidité auquel on peut être confronté dans les maisons de plage. Elle a pensé à tout ! Bref, nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation ! The place was absolutely wonderful. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The fresh ocean breeze made the whole stay incredibly relaxing and healing. It was the perfect escape from everyday life. The house itself was also amazing – clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. I would love to come back again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Tout était conforme à la description, et le lieu est tout simplement magnifique. La plage est proche et l endroit est très calme. Un grand merci à Mme Hafida qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a été d une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

Abdel est d’une très très grande gentillesse ! Il s’est montré très flexible sur mon arrivée matinale ! Il est toujours réactif et bienveillant ! L’appartement est super bien situé à Martil à proximité de la plage et des commerces et restaurants ! Tout est proche de l’appartement ! Le point positif de cet appartement c’est sa terrasse ! L’appartement était très propre et bien rangé ! Si vous séjournez à Martil je vous recommande le logement d’Abdel ! Très content de mon séjour et je recommande !

El apartamento es acorde a las fotos. Nos sentimos muy cómodos, y la comunicación con Kaoutar fue excelente. Ubicación perfecta.

My family and I had a great stay at this apartment! The front view was beautiful, and it was perfect to relax and enjoy. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and quick to respond, making our stay easy and pleasant. The location is great, front of the most beautifulbeach in the city. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We stayed for two nights in this apartment to get out of the city. It was a great stay--the home itself was really nice and had mostly everything you needed (only thing was we didnt have salt, oil, or dish soap...all of which are common essentials provided by air bnbs with kitchens), it was clean and the views were good. The host answered right away and the men he sent to help us check in and out were wonderful, super helpful, and quick to arrive if we needed something. My only minor complaint of why I think it's slightly overpriced is it is up a huge hill and it off the beach a decent 15 minute walk by the time you walk all the way around and the images make it look like it's right on the water. And though the view is over the water, there's a highway in between, so one can't really enjoy the ocean...it sounds like a highway all morning and night. The front porch wasn't very relaxing for this reason. But the views were nice and it was in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Thank you!!

notre hôte a était super sympa nous sommes arrivés très en retard a 2 heure du matin nous avons trouver notre hôte en bas de l'immeuble je le remercie pour sa et son aide l'appartement rapport qualité prix et top bien placée propre fonctionnelle et il nous a donner une adresse pour aller manger en plein dans la nuit au top merci encore pour tout

My stay was everything and more I was looking for. Marwan and his Mum were always available to answer our questions and very responsive to our requests for local recommendations. The location was great, quite , and peaceful, the last home on a small street that ends in the forest. This was truly a win, win location for me and my wife, I love to hike and the mountains. My wife love the beach which was a 5 minutes private walk from the home, we had a ocean view from the living room and the terrace.

Beautiful stay at this property would book again in heartbeat and , lovely balcony with nice views and rooms are decorated beautiful. Maybe manual or instructions on how to use the bath, as was unsure how to fill it up. But not a complaint, as would recommend this air b&b to anyone visiting Tetouan as the location is perfect.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet appartement avec ma famille, et nous avons passé un moment agréable. La maison est vraiment charmante, offrant une vue panoramique sophistiquée sur les montagnes du nord du Maroc. La résidence, avec ses 9 piscines, est magnifique et bien entretenue. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec des équipements de haute qualité et est d'une propreté impeccable. De plus, le propriétaire est très galant et sympathique. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour inoubliable.

We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet appartement. L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait, juste en face de la mer, offrant une vue incroyable. De plus, la proximité avec la frontière de Ceuta (Espagne) à quelques centaines de mètres rend le quartier extrêmement sécurisé, avec une présence constante de la police et de l'armée 24h/24. L'immeuble et le quartier sont d'une tranquillité remarquable, ce qui était exactement ce que nous recherchions pour nous reposer, moi et ma famille. Le voisinage est respectueux et silencieux, contribuant à une ambiance paisible idéale pour la détente. L'hôte est extrêmement gentil et attentionné, rendant notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'appartement est également très bien équipé et impeccablement propre. Franchement, nous n'avons rien à redire. Nous envisageons déjà de revenir ici lors de notre prochain séjour. Merci pour tout !
