It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

Patio with garden set and large lawn. A driveway with 2 parking spaces. (Extra charges will be made for a 3rd car) Lots of hiking and biking possibilities. Unobstructed views over farms. PLEASE NOTE! You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

Our cozy vacation home has been open since April 2018 and is located in the middle of the village of Koudekerke. The beach and the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen are easily accessible by bicycle. The house has a kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, private garden and a spacious bedroom can be reached via a fixed staircase.
