Holiday rentals with a sauna in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

The place is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, games for children and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant that also serves on the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is fast and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has splits in all the bedrooms and in the living room, cellar, crystal bowls, 2 spaces in the garage and on the balcony you can see the sea. The internet works very well. we want to go back already.

This Airbnb is a great find in a great location. It's only two blocks from the beach, the rooftop pool is beautiful, and the loft itself is really nice. Maria is super helpful and responds quickly. If you are interested in staying in Campeche, this is an awesome place.

Everything that was promised in the listing has been delivered. Apartamento is great, has 2 bathrooms, comfortable bed, I liked that it had bath towels also left basic items in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything, I needed scissors I needed a thermal bag to take it to the pool. It's got it all! I spent the days of the carnival there. I had no problem with the concierge. But of course come out enjoy your block, ballad and go back to the AP to rest without rattling. Wonderful swimming pool. Below the building is like a gallery with lots of good stuff and variety to eat. Filomena was exactly how all Hosts should be followed the 3 basic steps to good service. 1- It was cordial 2- Serving the customer ( proves available to help and questions) 3- ended with cordiality again 👏👏👏👏

We had a great stay. The listing corresponds exactly to what we found. The apartment is cozy, everything was very organized and well cared for, we felt at home. The kitchen is very complete, with all the necessary utensils. The condominium is very beautiful, spacious, quiet and we were able to enjoy several facilities with ease: pool, sauna and heated pool. It also has 24h concierge and great location. Rita was super attentive and kind during the process, we were very pleased!

My stay was simply amazing! The space is spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The location next to the sea is perfect, making the experience even more special. The house was impeccably clean, and the bed and bath linens were of great quality – the towels were large and very comfortable, a detail that made all the difference. The sauna was a great differentiator, and the special touch of the plants, especially the lavender available for use in the sauna, brought an even more relaxing experience. The environment has a wonderful energy, with several beautiful plants that make everything more welcoming. The shower is also excellent, with great pressure and temperature. In addition, I was very well received by Monique, who was super attentive and helpful. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

Oi Soraia. Great stay. We spent a very good holiday at this location. The apartment has an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the strong point is the external space of the condominium with a very large green area and a very good infra. Deixo only a suggestion regarding the check-out time because at 10 am it is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 hours at least, or else there is a flexibility, even because, I think that hardly another guest would occupy the property soon after the holiday ends. This is as a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

Luciano is a great host and the place is wonderful. Super close to beach and has all amenities including outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, amazing sauna an even restaurant inside of the condominium. The food and service was super great. The best touch was the view from Luciano place, right onto the ocean. The apartment is located facing the East and you can see the sunrise everyday. Very beautiful! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside every day just to enjoy the view.

Estadia was otima, direct access to the beachfront. Apt according to photos. Gabriela always attentive. We were very supportive both at check in and at checkout. We'll be back for sure. Thank you for everything!

It was a pleasure to stay in Sergio Roberto's apartment. He fulfilled all my requests and was very polite and attentive. The location is perfect. It is situated in the most upscale neighborhood of Florianopolis, super safe and wonderful. The apartment is located in a Resort, beautiful, foot in the sand. Highly recommended! The residential complex is beautiful and complete, with tennis and football, playground, saunas and an exceptional structure. The beach is close, with calm sea, ideal for walks. Tatiana's loft is wonderful, super high-spirited, very well located, safe, quiet and the structure of the building is incredible, underneath there is a space with several restaurants and cafes. It's well worth it!! In addition, Tatiana is a nice, sweet, polite, cheerful person!! Everything excellent! Super recommend!!!

we chose the house of the patricia for the convenience of the sauna and jacuzzi perfect for the winter. Both worked perfectly. The house is extremely new and everything with very good taste, furniture and decoration. The location is a little further from the beach and the perfect pink center for those looking for tranquility and exclusivity. Even so it has a close market. The host is extramementr requests always wanting to give her best. inidico and would stay again.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. I went with my family and we LOVED IT. The house is just as shown in photos and the condominium is beautiful and quiet. Fabio was always willing to help and made sure that the air conditioning in the living room and washing machine are arranged for our stay. We would also like to thank Larissa, for showing us the whole place and being willing to answer our questions. The place was super clean and I honestly felt right at home! You can tell that Fabio's family is very fond of his home. We're definitely going back next year. If you are considering staying here and still have questions, DON 'T THINK ABOUT IT ANYMORE. You won't regret it. :)

We had a great time! Instructions were clear, people were always ready to help and check on us and give us advice. It was clean, close to the beach and we paid extra to get breakfast made for us which was awesome. The house has everything it says it does, is spacious and super welcoming. Our stay was very good. On arrival we had a small mishap with the air-conditioning of one of the rooms and Joseane was extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue. Very well located place and very complete house. We recommend for sure!
